To start the service was awful; had to flag down the waiter to get drinks started after sitting for 25 minutes. The tapas appetizer’s were great but the paella was sparse and dry. We ordered it first, so it would come out in plenty of time. It came out 1 1/2 hour later after we asked about it three times. We would have been more empathetic, but The waiter never told us why the service was so slow. It is a beautiful restaurant. I hope they get it together. Expensive

The food was really good but the size of the portions are small. They served all the food at once (we order mainly starters and buns to share and beef) so we had to ask to reheat some of them. The service wasn’t great as we were having different waiters during our meal so some of our orders were delayed.

Over-hyped, over-priced and definitely not worth time or money. The server kept disappearing on us and it took a ridiculous amount of time to get our bottle of wine. The Kale salad tasted like it had fish sauce and the jambon was minuscule for the price. When we got to the vegie paella, it was so salty that we left half of it. Definitely a "One and Done"

Such a shame I've dined here twice before and absolutely fell in love with Bibo for the food being sublime, staff being happy and attentive and such an exciting buzzy ambience. However this time I brought friends and was incredibly disappointed. Staff didn't seem interested or happy to be there, food has gone down in quality to the point I don't think you are getting what you pay for - portions are small and overpriced. They've taken off some of the best paellas (iberico and lobster) as well as the oxtail brioche being so small. The buzz from the restaurant has gone (we went on a Saturday) I don't think I'll be back which is a shame.
