BE.STEAK.A is an American steakhouse with fine dining Italian roots. Founded by Chef/Owner Jeffrey Stout of Orchard City Kitchen. Chef Patrick Capurro runs the helm under Chef's Stouts watchful eye. BE.STEAK.A prides itself in lavish extravagant touches that invite the guest into a special kind of restaurant. Our friendly staff are professional seasoned veterans who look at hospitality as an art. We feature both an a la carte menu as well as a prix fixe tasting menu. BE.STEAK.A has two private dining rooms for larger parties doing events as well as two outdoor patios. Our cocktail program and bar are second to none. We have one of the largest selections of Vintage Amaro. Wine Director Ty Blana has crafted a well thought out list. We offer lunch Friday and Saturday. Sunday - we host a grand brunch buffet which is a great way to spend a Sunday with family and friends. Just had a wonderful lunch at Be.Steak.A! They are open on Fridays and Saturdays for lunch, but I don't think everyone knows that. We sat on the very lovely patio on a warm day and the service was impeccable - not to be outdone by the food! Lots of wonderful choices. We shared a Louie salad and ravioli along with a bread basket, & it was plenty for the three of us. I will definitely be back, and would highly recommend such attentive service, the welcoming, friendly atmosphere, and the delicious food!

The brunch experience at BE.STEAK.A is a culinary wonder. The stations include everything from caviar,salad specialties, charcuterie selections, chilled seafood. Then the kitchen offers 4 carving stations , lots of side dishes and a breakfast array with made to order omelette. Come hungry and enjoy all choices -oh and the dessert selection is fabulous! Went with my girlfriend for our one year anniversary, and we were greeted at our table with a card signed by the staff, as well as given a complimentary dessert at the end as well which we weren’t expecting. We both got the filet mignon for our main course which was absolutely delicious, and we the spicy meatball and bread assortment beforehand which were both amazing as well. For dessert, my girlfriend ordered the tiramisu which she thoroughly enjoyed, and I ordered the chocolate cake. The cake was very good, but also very dense and the fudge filling was extremely rich. I enjoyed it, but had to take half of it home to finish later. The staff were also extremely kind as well, and I would absolutely go back again

The overall experience of ambiance, service, and food was absolutely exquisite. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and were in disbelief of how incredibly unique this place is and how phenomenal this place is.

The waitstaff, bussers, and management are so professional and friendly. The food was incredible. Our waiter, Bob, had excellent comments and recommendations. Bob really elevated the experience for us. The cocktail menu was very fun and made trying different drinks exciting (great menu design too!).

My recent brunch experience at Be.Steak. was absolutely delightful, especially as we celebrated my best friend’s special day. From the moment we entered, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, greeting us with champagne. From the delicious food to the attentive service, everything was spot on. The ambiance was perfect for our gathering, and the menu had a great selection of brunch favorites. We even received a complimentary dessert for the birthday girl, adding to the overall memorable experience. Highly recommended for brunch with friends!

During this visit my family had the tasting menu. Overall was a great experience. The chefs homage to his childhood food favorites and famous chefs who inspired him translated very well at each course.

Tomahawk steak was awesome and cooked to perfection. It was just perfect. We also got the prime rib. That was not perfect. Meat was sorta dry and cooked more than medium rare. The Au Jus sauce made up for some of the dryness. Auto Jus sauce was good. Service was great and attentive. I would still recommend, UT hope it was a fluke as the price reflects perfection.

I thought the food and wine selection were good. The service from the waitstaff was outstanding - friendly and knowledgeable. I would request slightly more vegetarian and vegan options (maybe just one or two dishes more -- there were two pasta dishes that were vegetarian, and a few side dishes but no entrees). Desserts were quite good. Decor and ambiance were fine. Pricing was slightly on the expensive side. Two people for a full meal including cocktails, a bottle of wine and desserts was ~ $500.

Wonderful place to enjoy a Sunday Brunch Buffet. Service was impeccable and the food was first class. I enjoyed the Beef Wellington and Caviar as well as Caesar Salad with Capers. Dessert display had an amazing variety and the portions were perfect size for me to try various kinds. This was my 2nd time at their brunch and I definitely will be back.

We cannot rave enough about this place! We go here every few months for date night and when our family members come to visit it’s our first go-to for dinner! It’s fun introducing out of towners to such a fabulous establishment! Last night my well traveled parents were in town and we spent three hours just eating, drinking and enjoying the atmosphere! They both said the meal was the best food they’ve ever had!! That says a lot as they cook gourmet meals at home and dine at fancy spots all over the world, including Michelin star restaurants! They couldn’t say enough about the service either!!! Aaron has been our server twice now and we will continue to request him EVERY, SINGLE, TIME!! He takes his job seriously in fact, he knows everything there is to know about the menu and drink list. Ask him about the menu and he will answer with as much knowledge as the chef!!! The manager Carmine is absolutely phenomenal, sweet and knowledgeable as well, (especially with Italian wines and spirits!) If you are up for an experience with phenomenal food and amazing drinks, look no further than BE.Steak.A!

The experience is good. Very nice restaurant and open kitchen that you can actually walking in. Not many option of food. For the price, they should have all the food options available. But it kind of sad when they out of the beef Wellington at 1 PM.

We had the best dinner out we can remember at Be.Steak.A. The service was incredible and the food absolutely scrumptious. Our waiter Alicia handled all of our questions with ease and took very good care of all of our requests and dietary needs. The level of attention to detail at every point from arrival to departure was truly impressive. We really enjoyed meeting chef Anthony Thai and seeing the beautiful kitchen where everything was immaculately clean even amidst the dinner rush. It is impossible to pick from the highlights, but just a few in addition to meeting the chef and seeing the kitchen were being served bone broth upon arrival and ginger cider on our way out, the humorous cocktail menu, the chilled forks for salads, the stunning dinnerware, the house-made pasta, the wagyu trio, the scallops, the incredible coffee, and the molten chocolate cake. Every dish we had was the best we had ever had of that food. It is impossible to list everything we loved about this restaurant. We will definitely be going back and hopefully soon!

The seven course fixed menu was an incredible experience. The chef used flavors and textures in such creative ways, everything was absolutely delicious. The servers were attentive, knowledgeable and delightful to talk with throughout the dinner. The ambience was very nice, appropriately lit, not too loud. The restaurant has a ton of attention to detail and it shows from the second you walk in to the moment you leave. It's not cheap by any means but it's an experience and you get fantastic value for what you pay. Would return again for a future special event.

Our server Aaron was amazing. Nice, knowledgeable, and very attentive. The food was top notch. We had the Steak Tartar and my wife and I shared Wagyu three filet stone combo. It was well worth it! Along with a Ceasar Salad, a Loaded Potato, and the Panna Cotta for dessert, it was a perfect meal. I would highly recommend this place. Looking forward to having Brunch there soon.

The steaks are the stars of the shows here. A wide variety of cuts and types of beef, including domestic, Australian, and Japanese. Very high quality and cooked perfectly. Pricey, but that is to be expected.

This was our fourth visit, and each and every time we go it exceeds the high expectations set on our previous visit! We absolutely love everything about this restaurant. We will continue to go here as often as we can afford (it’s definitely indulgent- special occasions only) always and forever.
