The food is always excellent. The service was slow but it's Christmas Eve so who wants to wait tables on Christmas Eve? My wife's salad was top-shelf, the kids loved their pizzas. Always a go-to place.

The Valentine's Day special menu was very good. The value was fabulous. We both enjoyed our visit, and will be back soon.

The cheese pizza was very good.......not great....much better than......Papa Gino Take a look at ArtisanPig on Court St......have not been but it seems very up scale Much more expensive thank yours....seems to be worth it I am coming to your rest one more time to purchase the more expensive cheese pizza Nate was our waiter....HE WAS GREAT

The service was excellent, the food was very good. The timing was off because the salad was late arriving, which only allowed me to eat 1/2 of it before the entree showed up. I will definitely be returning soon.

The restaurant was open, but bar side closed. Very slow night, and only 1 server. They have a staffing issue. The food was good, and the server was attentive. I will return.

I made reservations for Plymouth Meeting for 4 on 11/8/22 Election night!! My family and I get there and the restaurant was closed. Chairs on top of tables and no workers inside. Very disappointed!!!! Yes there are other restaurants in the area but when you’re looking forward to having a meal at a particular restaurant it’s disappointing!! If this restaurant is closed for good then Yelp should take them off the list of restaurants.😞

The Artichoke and Spinach appetizer was delicious. Because it was served piping hot from the pizza oven in a ceramic dish, it stayed hot all the way through to the last bite. The Chicken Picatta was very tasty, with a good wine and lemon sauce sprinkled generously through out with capers. The restaurant was severely understaffed, which made the service extremely slow. My server did a fantastic job, considering the pressure she was under. I will definitely be returning soon.

Dining experience was very disappointing! Chloe, our server, did fine. I ordered a Marguerita, which was the worse I have ever had. It was served in a highball glass without salt and heavy on orange juice. Chloe brought me a glass of wine free I said something. Food was disappointing. Light on meat and vegetables and heavy on pasta. Will not return!!

Service and food was excellent. I booked an outdoor table, but outdoor dining was not being used when I arrived. The weather was perfect for it, but understandable staffing shortage prevented it.

Service was good. Food was horrible. Ordered a “Bertucci’s” pizza which is supposed to be xtra pepperoni. The pizza was all cheese, clumps of sauce and grease. Worst pizza ever.

Food was poorly cooked. Understaffed which we know is a national problem. Slow service. Restaurant was not crowded but we were sat next to a table of 15 or so young teens. The poor food was the biggest issue.

Items on the menu were not available. We couldn’t get the drinks we wanted because the blender didn’t work. Food wasn’t good, two people in our party had a stomach ache the next day. We won’t be going back.

They did not have anyone checking people in. And after waiting 15 minutes they told us reservations should not be booking and it was going to be a 45 minute wait. We left never sat at a table.

Making reservations was pointless. You can tell they are understaffed. They were doing the best they could but on a Friday night, it was not very busy and still took almost 20 mins to be seated with only 2 small couples ahead of us. Took awhile to get everything. Food was fine but very overpriced. Probably won’t go back. Shameful because their pizza (and the rolls!) are so good. But the prices are ridiculous.

Understaffed with servers caused a slight wait that did not deter the three people who were working from hustling to take care of the customers. We had two different salads, the Farm and Chopped Italian. The Farm had grilled shrimp added in a sufficient quantity, however, the greens were a little more than my partner could eat. The Chopped Italian had grilled chicken added and was delicious. For me the greens were not too much and my partner offered me some of hers. A glass of wine each was a generous pour. After dinner, I was surprised to learn that veterans received their meal gratis. A most generous surprise.

Food was so,so. The chicken Piccata was drenched in heavy , thick sauce and the chicken was pre made fried patty. The marinara sauce for the pasta did not have enough tartness and was watery. All in all it was not a good experience and doubt that we will ever return to the restaurant. Will our waiter was relatively new and was assigned too many tables ending up in slow service. He was okay.

We always hit up this place when we swing through town. The service is what really makes or breaks our experience. And lastnight was fantastic. Our server was quick, friendly and didn’t forget any requests we made.

We had been there a few times and had so so experience. We thought we try it again over the weekend. Inspite of several menu items not being available, our experience was very good because our server Ryan was awesome. Great customer service.

Bertuccis is a reliable Italian restaurant brand that has consistently good food at reasonable prices. There are many specials available with specific restrictions and requirements that can sometimes cause confusion for both customers and staff. You can get better quality at other restaurants, but probably not at these prices.

We’ve been there 2 Saturday’s in a row and service was just not good. There was 1 person for our entire section so we were just waiting for refills and food. I know staffing is low due to safe distancing but we might do take our next time
