Totally apathetic waiter. Forgot a bowl of soup and forgot a whole order of chicken wings, couldn’t seem to be bothered. Burger way too rare. Salad good. Food was decent but service poor.

Feel so sad about this place. It’s dirty, the service is terrible and the food has really gone downhill while prices are not cheap. I understand this is not a high end restaurant but it is not up to par on what it should be. My husband ordered a draft beer and there was not one single bubble/fizz in it and it was warm. He is always so laid back about that stuff so nicely told the waiter and asked for another brand beer. The waiter literally said “they will all be like that” we didn’t get any beer😂 the apps came out the same time as dinner and they served the dip with dried out sub rolls. Just awful. Didn’t help that our waiter spoke very little English and ignored us

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location. The beer tap is not working and hasn’t been for months now. The beer is warm, flat and sour tasting - it had gone bad - why isn’t it being repaired? Our server apologized and acknowledged it hasn’t been working.

It took about 20 minutes for the server to even acknowledge our table. Once she did It took another 20 minutes to get our drinks. Bread came before drinks. After receiving our food 40 minutes later, there was hair in my food. I looked in the kitchen and many employees handling food has hair sticking out of their caps. We returned the food and will not be returning to Bertuccis.

I will not go back to this Bertucci's. The table was dirty when we were seated. The food took over an hour and the staff were unapologetic when the food was finally served.

Love the food. Shortage of help and influx of diners without reservations caused hostess to have a meltdown and yell at people. We kept in mind that the company has also declared bankruptcy and closed many locales, so that must weigh heavily on employees. These are difficult times for many people. We tipped extra to help out.

I ordered chicken picatta...the chicken was grilled .the pasta sauce didn't have any taste at all. The other guests ordered rigatoni meatball casserole...it was crispy , dry and no meatballs. We should have sent our meals back and left. Unfortunately we didn't. Overall it was terrible..I'll NEVER go BACK.

We didn’t eat, host sat us down at a dirty table with no menu, no server came by, we sat about 20 minutes then left. The whole experience was awful!!!!! Would not go back again!!!!!

A revisit after 10 years to what used to be my favorite family restaurant was a major disappointment Waiting staff were courteous but overwhelmed. Protein was in short supply Pasta was overcooked Salt content of food was remarkable Overall could not recommend to the next generation of families

Reservations are not honored at this location. We were a party of five, had a reservation, showed up at our exact reservation time and were told it didn't matter if we had one, we would have to wait about 30 min until other people that had walked in and were waiting ahead of us would be seated. So disappointed! What's the point of making a reservation then? I understand they might be short staffed/staff being out sick, but then don't take reservations and have patrons show up expecting to be seated. Will never return to that location!

The service was good, friendly and fairly quick. The food, as usual, was good! There were guests in, sitting near us, with a screaming toddler who never got up and removed themselves from the dining room, which disturbed every person eating in that area. Nothing Bertucci's could control, but it did impact our dinner. We will certainly go back as our experience is usually very good.

Our waitress didn’t give us bread plates or silverware. She never came back to check on us and just gave us the bill and didn’t ask us if we wanted another adult beverage. She rushed us out and was not very friendly at all.

Mediocre. Would pass on the food. The quality of food has sunk. Staff were superb. Food not so good. Disappointed how bertuccis has lost its place as a good Italian food place.

We went on a Thursday evening and enjoyed Throwback Thursday specials. My wife and I enjoyed a chopped antipasti which was more than enough for the both of us. Also two entrees and a cannoli. Fantastic!

Probably due to short staffing, we received out food in crazy order. Person who ordered pizza got her food right away. Long time passed before second person's food arrived (minus the salad) and then later the appetizer arrived. The appetizer had clearly been sitting somewhere because the artichoke dip had a thick, leathery skin on the top and was room temp. I'm chocking it up to staffing difficulties. Usually things aren't this bad.

We were so disappointed with the service at Bertuccis last Wednesday night. What could have been a 40 minute dinner turned into an hour and 20 minutes with terrible service. At the host stand we weren’t even greeted, stood there for 5 minutes and the boys first words were that there was a 30 minute wait in a rude tone. I explained to him i had a reservation and he brought me to my table. We did not receive our drinks for 15 minutes while waiting. Our waitress was terrible. she was a sweet older lady but she was not cut out to be a server. I work in the restaurant business so I understand when it’s rush hour and it’s busy there’s gonna be a wait but she was not busy. she had 4 tables, one that walked out because she never went up to them. We asked for water refills and she said yes. 10 minutes later she comes up to us and grabs our drink cups. I had the stare her down to get her to pay attention to us. A younger couple with another server sat shortly after us, received drinks in a timely manner and food, before we were even given our drinks. We will not be returning to Bertuccis in Hingham.

Just wish our server was more of a server instead of me having to find other servers to serve our table. Second time same server managers are aware and Courtney one of your employees is amazing has served us before and had to serve us while working making foood because our server wasn’t doing his job
