We were there with our 2 year old grandson. Our waiter Scott was so awesome. He made sure to slice one of the pizza slices into small slices so it was child friendly and brought him an ice cream at the end of the meal.

We had a super nice waiter!!!! Great guy!!! But he had way too many tables. He was hustling the whole time, friendly, and doing his best but they either need mire servers or the others there need to do more. Hadn’t been to Bertuccis in years …food was ok….toppings were just very sparse.

We were there for over an hour before we finally got our food. We had a 6pm reservation and did not get our food until about 7:15PM, and had our 2 little kids with us. Every other table around us who came after us got their orders first. Our waiter apologized when we left but gave no explanation as to what happened and did not offer any reduction to our bill.

Had a great pizza and salad. Although our waitress was very sweet, the service was quite slow.
