First time here and definitely coming back. Our waiter Paul was very friendly and polite. The food was delicious and the wait time was reasonable.

It’s a lovely venue; food is good though a little pricey. Staff was great, just not enough of them. And one blender to produce all those drinks? Hmmmm

Bad experience, service was terrible slow even though that our waiter was really a nice person, part of our dinner never came out, apparently the hostess forgot to tell the server about my wife birthday, want to surprise my wife with a key lime pie for desert, never got it. Looks to me they were short of staff or simply didn’t care because everything took forever to get it.

It seems that waiter loose track of their tables and it takes 30 minutes to get a check after you have finished eating. Not just Benny’s but last 3 Restaurants we booked on OPEN TABLE. What’s that all about? You think they would make more tips by quicker table turnover.

Server brought drinks, took food order and never came back. The food showed up 40 minutes later, salty and a new server. When they removed the salty dish from the check, I noticed that they charged the 18% tip before they subtracted it off the subtotal. Then was told it was how Toast rings it up. The server took offense to me even asking or she didn’t understand the issue. The manager kept trying to make it right but it was just one thing after the other and the place wasn’t even crowded; although that wouldn’t have mattered. I’ve had the same poor service with the Pier location and only decided to give the new location a chance because we hadn’t been there in a while. Absolutely NEVER again!

Always a delicious and pleasant dining experience with exceptional service. Started with conch fritters with a delectable topping, followed by superb shrimp tacos. Everyone pleased with their choices.
