We had a party of eight for Mother’s Day lunch. The staff were so friendly never without drinks. Our food came quickly. It was all very delicious. Everybody was very happy when we left. Nobody complained about anything. I would highly recommend this place.

Staff was very nice and the food was great. We waited a long time, at least 45 minutes, for our chef to arrive though. There almost 3 hours.

We pretty much have a great experience here. We normally go once a month. It's just a good time to meet new people when sitting at the family style table. The food always turns out great and the service is top notch. This place is always busy.

There was a lot of smoke from the tables where food is cooked. It’s like the exhaust fan was not working properly. It got so bad I had to move away because my eyes were burning. The waitress gave me a Benihana kids hat to fan myself.

Our chef was probably a chef in training. Unlike our other experiences where the chefs were and to simultaneously prepare food, this one didn't and we had to wait long. Some ingredients were missing and had to be fetched from the kitchen - twice.

We were there for a late lunch. The food was amazing this time! Raymond is an excellent chef! He does the show without losing sight of the food quality. The fried rice and filet mignon were my favorites. If I had to give a negative it would be that beverage service was a bit slow.

Our reservation was at 8:15 we didn’t get seated until 8:30 and cook showed up until 9:10pm. Our waitress was very nice and apologetic, but Benihanas is way over priced and the quality of food is not there any more. I will not be returning!

We arrived 45 min. Early the Hostess said would try to get us in early didn't seem over crowded. We were told we were next when I asked 45 min later. Then we saw at least 5 other groups seated I asked again and we were seated with next group. Approx 18 min after our reservation time. The table in back was very cold,staff later said coldest area in building. The food was great. Check took a long time they said printer issues. Food A+,Service B,other issues wait/temp D.

Everything was good but the chefs timing was off a bit as far as the order of the food being cooked and quality of food was ok not great service was awesome

This is our 3rd time at this location and quite possibly the best. Raymond was awesome and kept us entertained. He was also a great cook. All the food came out the way we wanted it.

Great place for a celebration! The food was delicious. Our chef, Ian was fun. A little noisy due to open concept, and fans. But the fans kept the air smoke free.

Overall, very nice experience. We must have hit the rush. We were seated about 10 minutes late from our reservation time. During that time there was only one hostess at the entrance. She did a good job of handling the rush and seating guests according to reservations time. So that explains the short delay. Shortly after being seated, the server took our orders for drinks and appetizers. No issues. She was very nice and polite. Later she took our orders for the entree. So, lets, the sous chef/ cook showed up to our table around 515-530. He finished cooking for a table of 6 almost 90 minutes later. Is it supposed to take that long? One item, my wife was served the incorrect meal. It was served with mushrooms. She does not eat mushrooms. When my wife's orders was plated, it was immediately brought to the attention of cook. When the server took our order, she did read back the item choice to ensure she had it correct. The problem occurred when she entered the order on the computer. The situation was corrected by the server. No issues. Last item, as each item finished cooking it was placed on our plate. Let me finish...I think it should have been timed so each item would finish cooking within a few minutes of each other. So, at our table, each item finished cooking about 5-10 minutes apart.

Terrible place. Waited 20 mins after our reservation to be seated, waited another 15 minutes and after another 15 minutes without any service we left. Cook top was dirty with left over food on it, ambiance is terrible. After we left we went to Shogun. Got seated quickly, was greeted by our server within a minute after being seated and the food was great. Plus it was $10-15 less per meal. I'd avoid Benihana and hit up Shogun all day long

I took my husband for his first time to Benihanas and it was such a disappointment. Our chef was horrible not engaging, boring and forgot to turn on the fan. Their menu prices don’t match the check, they tried to over charge us.

I know this is a new location but the service was horrible. Very slow, took over an hour just to get the soup and salad that comes with every meal. The cook was good, but he didn’t show up for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Way over priced as well. I will not be going back.

Eric was our chef and did a great job. He was funny and prepared our food quickly with lots of flair. We all had a great time. The food was so good. I do not remember our servers name, but she was wonderful also. Maybe Trish was her name? We will definitely be going back. Thank you for making my birthday special.

Our host was great, but the service itself was a little slower than other Benihana’s we’ve been to. Our chef was also great and skilled with the tools, but the shrimp and chicken were overcooked. Shrimp was under seasoned, hard and rubbery. Chicken was under seasoned and very dry. The filet mignon was decent because we had specified medium. They forgot our vegetable order. This by far was not up to par with what we expect from the Benihana brand.

I wanted to love our experience since we decided to give it another try from when they first opened. Unfortunately, it definitely fell short. We barely saw our server. Never got any refills, although he asked if any one needed anything, I felt like I would've bothered him if I asked for a refill. When we first were sat, a female server gave the intro to benihana and took our drink orders and we ordered two appetizers. They never came. When our chef started, we asked the manager about it and he said "for sure, I got you." He never came back about it. We asked our server about it and he never came back about it. They didn't charge us so that's good but it definitely showed the lack of communication and team work. Our chef, James, was really great. Food was delicious although my husband's yakisoba had a strange taste and he barely ate any. He did forget about our sauces in the beginning but he realized, apologized, and got them out to us. No biggie. Chef was better this time but service was worse from the first time we came. It might be awhile before we come back.

The chef was slow cooking the food! He never used the higher heat! The fried rice vegetables were not cooked! The beef was cooked good and the right temperature! The waitress Ashly was the best ever! On top of everything and drinks!
