The food was not as good as the other Benihana chains I’ve been to. I would recommend trying teriyaki somewhere else on the strip.

The server, “Johnny” was magical (literally). He made the experience amazing with his magic tricks and energetic vibe. He was funny and the food was perfectly seasoned. He was not shy about adding flavor, which I loved. The food came out great. I definitely recommend “Magic Johnny” as a Chef and will ask for him on my next visit. Thank you for the food and experience. The children loved it!

It was hotter in the restaurant than outside. Made the whole experience a letdown, are chefs was great, but our server was bad did not bring us our dessert that we paid for just left the checks and disappeared.

Overall it was a good experience. The biggest issue was how unbelievably hot it was in the restaurant and incredibly smokey! It was like no AC at all, our poor server was sweating. Plus it appeared the ventilation system wasn’t working properly. I understand they are cooking in front of you, but I’ve been to several locations before and never had this issue. The service was great and chef was wonderful. But it wasn’t as pleasurable because we were so hot and coughing from the smoke.

so i have been to this location twice and it was good. but Mother days this year was bad. first off it was 1000 degrees in there idk if an ac unit broke but omg!! management did not explained or say anything or even apologize. customers were hot, i have two young children they were both hot i mean sweating shirts wet hot. and the poor chefs over those stoves!! shout out to the chefs they are all amazing! they still made the experience what it needed to be. but Management needs to step up their game for sure. customers should have been accommodated way better.

Food was great, chef was great, and there was a host that was at least trying to correct our problem. Reservation was for 4:15 for Mother’s Day and after walking out to tables to get sent back to the front multiple times we finally were sat at 4:56. Multiple parties walked in after and were seated before. One of the servers was incredibly rude to the host trying to seat us telling her “see that’s the difference between being a server and a host!” In a rude and unprofessional tone. Drinks were out incredibly slow.

Always classy, entertaining and delicious food. Made great memories with loved ones. Service was on point and the chef was great at his job. We love the tempura (shrimp , chicken and vegetable-all delicious) Benihana trio- yum! Highly recommend

What an excellent experience. They even helped me surprise my wife for our 2 year anniversary. The ambiance was delightful, and the food was excellent. Our chef was funny and very entertaining to whom we really enjoyed. Excellent staff and overall a wonderful experience.

I’m celebrating my 53rd birthday in Las Vegas. I decided to make lunch reservations for Benihana. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Hibachi styled restaurant. Don was our chef and he is an amazing chef as well as an entertainer. The food was great.. the smiles didn’t end.. He knew what to say and when. He is a keeper.. I’m so glad I came for lunch.

Extremely understaffed! We waited over an hour just to put in drink orders. Everyone was just running around trying to juggle multiple orders, overall a bad experience. I suggest not if you have plans afterwards or you will be late!

Manager on shift was absolutely vile. Unapologetic and dismissive to feedback. Honestly as the CEO of a private luxury travel agent with over 300k subscribers across social media platforms it is a lot for me to decide not to feed back to my clientele and followers. Absolutely disgusting the way in which he spoke to my party.

We were there to celebrate a 51st birthday and it was the worse experience ever! It took 35 minutes after being seated to take the drink order. It took another 33 minutes to take the food order. Another 27 minutes to receive the soup. The soup was VERY salty. Another 22 minutes for the salad. The chef did too much singing and dancing taking another 40 minutes to cook the main course. The shrimp was over cooked and texture of rubber. The rice & vegetables were also overcooked. I paid over $100 for 2 meals and it was a horrible experience. I would like to be compensated for our meals. If not, I will be posting a public review.

Our chef Levi did a great job with his show, engaging the people at the table, etc. Unfortunately, the food was all way overcooked and dry. (Shrimp, chicken and filet). Very disappointing because we absolutely love Benihana. Their Yum Yum sauce was basically a light pink mayonnaise. I’m not sure if they ran out of Yum Yum sauce, or that is how this particular location makes it. Overall, it was sadly a waste of $200.

The food was very bland and the yum yum sauce tasted like mayonnaise then a sauce. The cook was very entertaining and great chef. We were there for my wife’s birthday and was very disappointed in the food for the price we had to pay. Ginger dressing seemed frozen and no taste what’s so ever.

We arrived at 11:30 , and did not get to order until 12:15 , the waitress explained that they had run out of salad lol food was really overcooked and greasy.

It must of been our chef but the food had no flavor rice was hard over cooked might thought he was cooking for his self not wanting to use a lot of butter since he was fat but no it’s for us customers you should be uaing more garlic butter!!

The lawyers got to one of the most famous Japanese-Style restaurants. No more flipping food to customers, no more “Saki-Saki-Saki”. The experience is no longer the fun it once was. It’s average at best. Try a local teppanyaki place without the corporate lawyers running the business. Food was average. Chef was pretty lame especially for Vegas.

They forgot to fix or should I say L LOL LOL LL ok my food. The waiter put the wrong order in for myself. So I was without chicken and shrimp. Until I insist that they made my food. Especially if I was paying for it!!!! Also they did not serve us salad until I spoke up for the whole table ( Strangers in all). I was than told that they ran out of tomatoes So they wasn’t going to serve us salad at all. And also the waiter didn’t have common decency to tell us, I had to ask. My over all experience was horrible. And I’ve been comming to your restaurant chain, for years. So I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO THE STORE MANAGER ASAP. ~Apryl Edwards ~91650470

Food was great. Portion are a little on the smaller side but the quality is A1. Cooks are great. Service was perfect.

Food was absolutely delicious had no complaints about the food however, the AC was either not working, or not on at all. The whole entire restaurant was a sauna & it made the entire experience almost miserable.

the worst service I've ever seen on the strip . After we sit down at the table, in a booth without air conditioning, after 20 minutes the waitress came and took our order and after another 45 minutes no one had even come to bring us drinks, not even a glass of water. We got up and left the restaurant
