My honest review of this restaurant: I had a reservation for a certain time, but we had to wait 30 minutes to get a spot. When we ordered some drinks, they didn’t have any “Bloody Caesar.” We ordered our food, and when the chef arrived, he started cooking and gave us items we didn’t order. We told him what we had ordered, but the waitress argued with us, insisting that we had ordered the menu she brought, even though all of us had ordered the same menu. It was really hot inside with no air conditioning, and we were sweating from the heat coming from everywhere. The cook did only one fire trick, and that was it. The food was okay but not spectacular …

The food was bland, no flavor to the rice, meat or vegetables. Very disappointed. The salad dressing was not the peanut dressing. There was so much butter added to everything our stomachs were upset. We love hibachi but this wasn’t it .

We were celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday and as soon as we walk in the door they acknowledged her and treated us so well. The managers were accommodating, the server was so friendly and went above and beyond, the cook/entertainer was amazing, and the food was also very delicious. It was my daughter's first time at benihana's and it really left a lasting impression. We will definitely be going back to this location. Definitely recommend if you're in Vegas celebrating 🍾

Both the lobster and the steak were excellent. They were perfectly cooked and the chef was so much fun. They also sat us with some really nice people and we all had a great time. We'll definitely be back sometime soon.

Food was not it I thought it would be better since they charge so much but it was not the meat was tough to chew and everything was plain.

The staff overall was nice and responsive. However, when we asked one bartender/waitress about the ingredients on a food item she didn’t know and was unwilling to go find someone who did, even after being asked to do so. The edamame was unseasoned and some pieces seeping water. I sent the chicken fried rice back bcuz the chicken was too dry and the rice tasted slightly burnt. However, I gave them a 2 because my friend thoroughly enjoyed the Volcano roll and the coconut mojito I had was perfect. If you are looking for a quiet, intimate place to eat, this isn’t it. We didn’t mind the birthday celebrations, but the yelling and singing for other reasons, was a bit much. Lastly, they really need to improve the ventilation in this place. The smoke from all the grills being cooked on made it hard for me to breath comfortably. And just when it began to subside, they fired up another grill. I was very disappointed by this experience. This was a restaurant I wanted to try for some time now. But after all of this, I will not patron this place again.

We both ordered teppanyaki beef and shrimp. The things that need to be fixed are:- 1. Beers - needed to be cold. 2. Soups - needed to be hot. 3. Salads - needed to have more flavor.

Very slow we waited almost an hour for the cook to arrive, the cook was nice and funny. Very noisy but is expected in a place like this. Apart from the wait a good experience

Rude habachi chef. Took my girlfriend here for her birthday and he made a rude comment to her and would never say that in the real world and ruined the experience. The regional manager was there too but I didn’t want to make a scene and get him fired mid shift. Was a hefty Hispanic guy with a beard who was the chef as well. Very rude to speak to women like that and hopefully this company can fix its morals as I will relay this to everyone and anyone I know. Good day!
