My party and I went here for a reservation at 8:15 but did not get seated until 9:00. I didn’t really appreciate this. Even after waiting to be seated we were still waiting for a very long time for appetizers and drinks to appear at our table. Our chef was very kind as well as the waiter but the timing of when food would come to our table was the worst. We did not leave the restaurant until after 11 pm. This has never happened before and I was very I disappointed with the service

THE COOKING AREA WAS FILTHY, THE COOK HAD A BANDAGE ON HIS FINGER, COOKED WITH NO GLOVES ON, THE SAUCE WAS WATERED DOWN, WILL NEVER, NEVER GO BACK

Going to contact the restaurant manager because the hostess that greets you upon arrival for your reservation was very rude her attitude was nasty and I don’t think that she should be in the position of greeting customers the face of Benihana’s shouldn’t be someone who is rude and nasty. It just shows a very tasteless person that is representing their establishment and customers. I asked her what her name was just so I could make sure I informed the manager of her unprofessionalism.

I visit Benihana often and never has my service been so horrible. I took my family because my daughter wanted to go for her graduation. She wanted to see the cook put on his/her show while cooking. The cook that we had that day did not say a single word to us while she cooked the food. No show what so ever. Just quiet cooking the food. She didn’t serve the sauces untill the food was done cooking and that’s because we had to ask for it. It was just over all awful.

We were seated outside on the patio, so our food was not prepared in front of us. The food was cold when it was served to us.
