Thanks so much for my birthday voucher. We had a lovely lunch and every meal was delicious. Steaks, salads, parmies all fab. Fast friendly service.

Sadly, this place is becomming very average, very quickly. It is unfortunately my local, and the kids love the playground areas, however the service has gotten worse and worse over time, and the food is now nothing short of a rip-off. The bar staff are always pretty good, and the ball isn't dropped so much on that side, the kitchen however and its staff, have gradually gotten worse to the point that it is almost rare when there isn't an issue, and that is not an exaggeration in any way shape or form. By far the biggest issue however, is the standard of food, and the prices that you are being asked for that standard. I fully understand that pub prices are a thing of the past, and most bistros try and get away with restaurant prices these days, but if you are asking people to pay that rate, you need to back it up with service and food that matches it, or at least gets close. I actually don't feel like they even try at the Belrose, its the biggest example of a 'that'll do' venue that you will find.

Staff friendly helpful and polite. Noise level very loud Maybe need to have parents informed that children should not be allowed to run through the seating area

Find that the acoustics are poor and therefore it’s too noisy. Maybe turn down the volume of the taped music. Menu never seems to change and the food is prettyy average. The staff though are friendly and helpful.

Good food, friendly staff, music wasn’t too loud. Kids loved the surprise of Santa turning up. The only negative thing to mention would be the air con was freezing! We would have stayed a little longer but we were too cold

The food is always great, it's a little expensive for a pub to be honest. I would go more often if it wasn't so expensive. Always has a great feel & the staff are lovely & helpful.

Was a bit loud but lots of people were there, good night only thing is that they stopped serving cocktails at 10pm I thought being open till 12am they would at least serve cocktails till around 11.30pm. Only negative everything else was great.

Very popular and busy but food came very quickly. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Only problem we have is finding a parking spot!

Our group all enjoyed their meal and it was delivered very quickly considering how busy the restaurant was. Gnocchi definitely not as we expected, more like mashed potato croquettes- but the beetroot and feta sauce that accompanied it was delicious.

Family lunch enjoyed by all. Good value. Prawn pasta very fresh, but sauce could do with a rethink. 16 y.o. grandson ate more than I've ever seen him eat at home. :) Been there many times. We all enjoy ourselves. Good service. Good value. Good food. Good atmosphere. Good customers too.

Good atmosphere. Good customer service. Food has improved since last service and was delivered quickly. Live music was a really nice touch for a Friday night too.

We always love a dinner during the week at the Belrose Hotel!! The specials offer so much value, they are hard to go past. The staff are so nice and genuine, they make it a real treat to be there. My only con would be with the beef brisqet taco; I think they should wring out a lot of the excess oil before putting it in a tortilla. After my 1st bite, the tortilla was so wet from the oil, I couldn't eat it.

It is a great venue for families, but that unfortunately means that the noise level is very high and sadly a lot of families just let their children run around the tables. I'm not sure if it's a reasonable request, but it would be terrific if staff could ask rowdy children's families to control their kids a bit and stop them running around the tables. Great concept and a brilliant place for us with our kids and grandkids though.

Food options were good Good also to be able to use ‘Buy 1 main meal, get 1 main meal free’ Speed of service and clean up was great Was Wednesday night so noise level was OK
