Two of three of us received their food, after waiting another five minutes the waitress told us that the third persons food was not available. So two of us had to watch our food get cold waiting for the third persons food. We should have been told much sooner the food for the third person was unavailable. The ambience is totally lousy.

Service was terrible, we were barely acknowledged, never asked how the food was, order was wrong. Food was decent enough but between the two, not worth the money.

The restaurant did not have much of an ambience & it was so freezing cold that we could not wait to finish our food & get out of there. When the food was brought out everything was cold from the a/c & undesirable. Really had high hopes for this place but we will not be returning.

Ordered seafood wonton soup. Horrible!! My wife had Singapore noodles. Horrible.

My dish of Singapore noodles came without the BB pork. When a new dish appeared I would say they added 1/2 oz—the wine was good but $17 a glass? It was a fast-food feel of a pike of cheap noodles. They could not give individual checks for a party of five. Gave us a table for 10 which made conversation for 5 of us difficult at best. I would not recommend this restaurant. The soup dumplings were in tiny tin pans making it difficult to eat.

Despite a reservation, we passed several tables in better location as the hostess placed us in the back by the kitchen. It took 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. 30 minutes to place our order, despite several attempts to get our server’s attention. We ordered an appetizer of steamed buns. My husband ordered steamed vegetables and rice. I ordered a noodle dish. It took forever to get our order and we didn’t get to eat together. My husband’s dish came out first. It was 90% bok choy with a couple of pieces of broccoli. Then the steamed buns which were awful. Then my noodle dish which was ok. I don’t appreciate the server almost slamming it on the table with saying “here!” She may have been upset because I watched the interaction as another table sent their entire order back. Anyway. It was the only bad part of our visit to see a show at Caesars. We had had to guarantee our reservation with $25. We noted a lot of empty tables, so. I wait for anyone. My husband’s comment to me as we left most of the food on the table was that we would have been better off losing the &25. Food was overpriced and no one asked if everything was alright, despite even the manager looking at our barely eaten plates. There are plenty of other places to eat - even the food court would have been a better option. Or tossing $100 dollars on the Craps table.
