Le Beehive est un bar-restaurant bohémien souterrain proposant une délicieuse cuisine, des mets exquis, des œuvres d'art et des concerts avec des groupes de renommée mondiale chaque soir. Niché au-dessous du Cyclorama historique du Boston Center for the Arts, dans le South End de Boston, le Beehive sert une cuisine éclectique préparée par le chef cuisinier Rebecca Newell : une nourriture rustique et réconfortante aux influences américaine, européenne, méditerranéenne et du Moyen-Orient. La cósmica was one of the best cocktails my wife and I have ever had. We get the brisket & mussels for dinner with the sick bun bread pudding dessert. The food was great, the jazz was excellent- we had a marvelous time. Highly recommend

Went for a Mother’s Day brunch. Really cool venue, they sat us in a side area to the far left of a live band stage area. Our particular table (I think it was table 26) was not the best spot in the place. A lot of open tables at the time but was sat next to a family with a baby seat so we couldn’t even sit on one side of our 4 top. Also was next to a server stand and column so was just really cramped with no views of the place. Food was really good but didn’t really find much value in a $75 prefixe menu (had to be charged extra for lobster Benedict also). I think I would’ve been better off going to a high end dining with wine pairing vs this. Cool venue, would stop by for drinks again but would pass on a brunch spot here next time. Waitstaff Renaldo was great!

I brought two friends for their first Beehive experience. We loved every moment there and had a most excellent experience. Daniela, our server, was so personable, knowledgeable, patient (we couldn’t decide what to order), and most of all, FUN. She clearly loves to create a wonderful environment. Each of us loved the food and cocktails. My friends awoke up talking about the fries. I’ve already sold them on trying brunch next weekend. Thanks to the Beehive, and especially Daniela, for being the highlight to our weekend!

My dining experience at the beehive was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the host Alithia. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with dim lighting and soft jazz music playing in the background. Our server Annuar was attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations from the menu. The food was unquestionably delicious; each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Overall, the restaurant’s attention to detail, top-notch service, and fantastic food and cocktails made our dining experience memorable and enjoyable.

We had a fabulous meal, then left for a play nearby, then returned again for drinks while we listened to a reggae band who were great! A definite fun time.

The vibes were immaculate, felt fancy but intimate and the live music was so much fun and beautiful. I am definitely coming back here, we were also treated with great hospitality by the staff. They were very attentive and friendly. I would recommend this place for sure!

Enjoyed the atmosphere and live music at dinner. Risotto was super salty. They didn't have the branzino (which I wanted) so ordered the brisket which was good but puddled in butter or oil. Probably wouldn't go back. Prepare to park in the garage which is convenient to the restaurant.

We always have a wonderful time at the Beehive Jazz Brunch! This rime we needed the elevator and the manager was so helpful. Our server went above and beyond - and even helped me with an earring problem! Food was yummy - hash, avocado toast, French toast. We will be back…..

Great place and ambience for drinks with friends, not so much for the food. Arancini and meatballs were both dry and flavorless, ricotta was good, but a simple enough dish you can make at home. Wonderful service and atmosphere, just needs to focus on matching the food to that level.

Always such a great time when we go to The Beehive. I wanted a fun night with my boyfriend for his birthday and they hit it out of the park. Brian on the door was so wonderful and helpful. Angela on the bar was spot on, her drinks were great. And Anwar, our server was top notch. It was all topped off by amazing live music. Every one there made everything very special for us. Thank you.

We were seated 30+ minutes late, and I had to follow up with the hostess about getting the previous table out so we can sit for our reservation. The servers on multiple occasions would take our plates away before we were finished eating. It was so dark in the room we couldn't even see our food.

Really great space. Excellent service and food was very good. Also loved the live music. Only thing was the redundancy of use of sesame oil in small plates. Muttled the distinction of the dishes. Same for truffle oil on other dishes.

Overall have enjoyed the beehive in the past and this experience was a good one. Took friends here for the first time so I am providing feedback based on their experience. Our waitress was fantastic. Food came in a timely manner. Surprisingly the French toast seem a smaller portion compared to other meals provided. The egg frittata was overcooked.

Overall had a good evening here, but the servers were rushing our table and kept trying to remove our plates of food with food on them. We got asked over 4 times by different servers if our plate could be removed while we were still enjoying it.

The reason you go to beehive is for the live music. Sometimes we’ve sat downstairs, but if you’re seated upstairs it’s honestly not worth it.

Awesome drinks, food, vibes, and service! Our server Martin was very attentive and gave us fabulous recs, the jazz music was great, our spicy margaritas were perfection, and the food was well balanced and flavorful. Will definitely be coming back!

Service was somewhat slow and not very present in general. Food was fine, but expensive for what you're getting. It's good if you like live music, although it can get super loud at times, which is a deterrent for me personally.

Went with my friend so we could catch up. The whole experience was amazing, food was tremendously delicious (we got the truffled cauliflower, baby back ribs, burrata, and of course the fries). So Yummy!!! Our sever ‘ Martin’ made us feel so welcome and special. I’ll definitely go back.

My husband and I had an early dinner at the Beehive. On first entering the hostess was not at all pleasant, even when we left she did not acknowledge us, another gentleman did. Our waitress could not have been any nicer. She was pleasant, very attentive and gave us great menu suggestions . Food was excellent! I had the short rib , my husband had the lobster gnocchi. Very good portions and cooked to perfection! We would definitely return, hopefully getting the same sweet waitress!

I took my fiancée here for her birthday since we've been wanting to go to a jazz bar for a while now. It. Was. PERFECT! The aesthetic of the entire place was top notch, the live shows were fantastic, the servers were all incredibly friendly, and the food was amazing! Would highly recommend going, especially during the night time!

Both the bartender and our server were excellent— very friendly. The music is always amazing. My only complaint this time is that we were rushed to leave our table. We were trying to enjoy a meal to catch up with friends and probably would have ordered another round of drinks, but we were told we had to clear our table. That is not great service or a great experience, especially given the price point and atmosphere of this restaurant.
