We had a good experience with good food. The service was very good. It was a place to relax and enjoy family time with fresh seafood. This is a must try at West Vancouver.

We come here a lot, it is our favourite go-to restaurant, and you cannot beat the amazing view! We brought visiting family from back east here for dinner to impress them. Unfortunately it wasn’t the experience we wanted. We ordered appetizers to share as a table and one of the main entrees showed up along with the appies. No one came to our table after the food was delivered so we started to eat the shared appetizers out of our hands (no side plates) while our one visitor stared at his main course. Our server came to our table after the appetizer dishes were cleared, apologized profusely and said he put a rush on the rest of our entrees. We waited an hour for the remaining meals to come out while the other diners in the restaurant cleared out. Not one to typically complain about my food, but my salmon Caesar salad wasn’t great, the salmon was dry, the lettuce was warm, and the presentation was terrible. We were never asked how our meals were after our food finally showed up. After we complained to our server about our experience, we were offered a round of drinks or dessert to make up for it. He was very sorry for the screwup but it definitely made the evening a bit disappointing.

Very poor service across the board - hostess offered inside or outside, we changed our mind to outside on the way to the table and she acted as if it was a huge inconvenience - server put my order in wrong and I got a side ceaser salad rather than the salmon Caesar entree. They were not apologetic and took my side Caesar back and just added salmon - it is not ocean salmon; it was confirmed to be farmed salmon from Lois Lake!! - server was flirting with all of the male bartending staff - ambiance is amazing but that can’t make a place overall!

We so enjoyed our Mother’s Day lunch . You just can’t beat the view and food. A special thank you to the consideration we were given when I mentioned my elderly mother was hard of hearing. We were given a lovely table in a quiet corner and it made all of the difference in our experience.

Had reserved for a Mother’s Day dinner. Specifically asked for a table with a view. Instead gave us a table in the corner away from the windows. Had to push to get it moved eventhough had many view tables available. Ordered drinks and my son’s lemonade had dirt bits in the glass. Disgusting. My wife ordered salmon to receive a dry over cooked meal. Not expected since don’t they specialize in seafood. Expect a lot better considering their prices. Frankly very disappointed. Not recommended.

Service, drinks and appetizers were excellent. My boyfriend got a burger and fries which he enjoyed. I ordered salmon and Caesar salad. The salmon was tasteless and a little dry. The salad was also dry as there was very little dressing. I was also upset that we weren’t seated at the farthest patio as there was only an option for outdoor or indoor seating and I specified the closest to the water as possible but we were seated at the back patio. Music could have been played at a low volume to drown out other guests conversations which was easily heard even though the restaurant itself wasn’t too busy as we were there at 4pm.

Excellent place for lunch with amazing view from all tables. Food was fantastic! Service was excellent albeit a little slow to receive the meal, but the view made the delay inconsequential.

Our eggs Benedict arrived cold and hard. Lovely waiter but food quality was not up to expectations.

The outdoor seating was nice especially for a nice sunny day. Service was OK. For the number of busboys and waiters servicing the dinning area, I would rate it unattentive. Food portion was small. Quality was a hit and miss. My wife's bunch was perfect while I have to send mine back to the kitchen as it was too salty.

The food was excellent. Very tasty. Lovely wine selection by the bottle and by the glass. The view was amazing. It is literally on the beach. The atmosphere was lively but not too loud and the service was great. We will come back for sure.

Great food and service. This is an amazing fish and seafood place. The Sablefish was amazing. We give only 4 starts because we found the portion of fish in three identical platters was not consistent and was quite small to be honest. At 42$ before taxes and tips it was quite expensive for the size of fish was presented. Good restaurant.

Amazing service. I spoke to a lady over the phone to inform them that my friend and I were running late and she was so sweet about it. When we arrived, we were greeted by a warm welcome from the hosts. There was a gentleman who kept checking in (he looked like a manager) on us during the whole duration of our dining time and without hesitation, he even helped us get rid of a spider that was crawling near us. AMAZING service. I didn't get any names but the gentleman who appeared to be a manager made our experience fantastic. The only thing I would say is that the hosts missed a farewell when we left the restaurant.

We had an acceptable experience however, the food we wanted and the wine we wanted were not available (both were on the menu).

An absolutely memorable outing celebrating my mother’s 87th birthday. The staff, was exceptional, attentive, and the food was 5 star plus. Mark our waiter, was kind, efficient and mad sure our visit was the best it could be. We were seated in the perfect window seat, the view exceptional with the rays of sunshine peeking through the clouds. This is a restaurant that goes the extra miles to exemplify customer service. Thank you to all the staff that made our day memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant for all special and casual occasions.

Always a pleasure to have a meal at Beach House. Love the vibe and the food. Service is also very nice. Shall be coming in sometime soon!

Never had a bad experience at The Beachhouse. The food, service and ambiance is always a 10/10 and you can’t beat the views of the beach!

Another perfect Happy Hour Dinner in the outside area. Server from Ukraine/Canada was fabulous. Wish him well Just a perfect 2 hours enjoying the amazing ambiance and view of the ocean Food was good, as always Highly Recommend Best Beach Front Restaurant in All of BC

The food was good but not like it was the last time we went there. Service was great with some moments where we could get no one. I would still recommend going. THe view of the ocean is fantastic on a sunny day

Always had a great experience here but this time around was a little messy. Food we had ordered didn’t come out so we canceled, all good. But seems like management was stressing the wait staff out so they were quite frazzled. And forgot things like drinks and our take out. Food was fine. But the biscuits were undercooked that’s for sure. Still willing to give another try since we had great experiences every time prior

Everything was excellent - the staff are so friendly and professional, the food was excellent and the view was incredible. The Beach House NEVER disappoints!
