Great food and service. This is an amazing fish and seafood place. The Sablefish was amazing. We give only 4 starts because we found the portion of fish in three identical platters was not consistent and was quite small to be honest. At 42$ before taxes and tips it was quite expensive for the size of fish was presented. Good restaurant.

Amazing service. I spoke to a lady over the phone to inform them that my friend and I were running late and she was so sweet about it. When we arrived, we were greeted by a warm welcome from the hosts. There was a gentleman who kept checking in (he looked like a manager) on us during the whole duration of our dining time and without hesitation, he even helped us get rid of a spider that was crawling near us. AMAZING service. I didn't get any names but the gentleman who appeared to be a manager made our experience fantastic. The only thing I would say is that the hosts missed a farewell when we left the restaurant.

We had an acceptable experience however, the food we wanted and the wine we wanted were not available (both were on the menu).

We very much look forward to going back. The music volume in the main dining/bar room needs to be lowered. The volume on the porch was much better. Food, menu choices, and service were great. 😁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An absolutely memorable outing celebrating my mother’s 87th birthday. The staff, was exceptional, attentive, and the food was 5 star plus. Mark our waiter, was kind, efficient and mad sure our visit was the best it could be. We were seated in the perfect window seat, the view exceptional with the rays of sunshine peeking through the clouds. This is a restaurant that goes the extra miles to exemplify customer service. Thank you to all the staff that made our day memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant for all special and casual occasions.

The food was good but not like it was the last time we went there. Service was great with some moments where we could get no one. I would still recommend going. THe view of the ocean is fantastic on a sunny day

Always had a great experience here but this time around was a little messy. Food we had ordered didn’t come out so we canceled, all good. But seems like management was stressing the wait staff out so they were quite frazzled. And forgot things like drinks and our take out. Food was fine. But the biscuits were undercooked that’s for sure. Still willing to give another try since we had great experiences every time prior

Great place, food was yummy but overpriced. My California roll was $21…that’s crazy! Also, garlic bread should automatically come with the pasta dishes.

Our server seemed really spaced out. Other servers and the manager checked in on us so we could order more drinks and mains and pay. I won’t sit in his section again.

My wife and I shown to table promptly on arrival, 10 min. Elapsed before a young lady arrived to tell us our server was busy and would get to us soon. We ordered a bottle of wine. Our server arrived and we ordered a starter and mains. Food good. Bill arrived and wine was missing on bill, pointed out to server. Bill arrived again and an extra mains was on the bill both with the wrong price, pointed out to server. Bill arrived for third time, this time correct with mains price correct. For an upscale establishment this level of incompetence is not exceptable. Might be a while before we return.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 20th anniversary by having dinner here on April 9. Our table in the enclosed patio area was ready promptly and almost as soon as we sat down we were greeted by Axel who asked, " What brings you to visit us tonight?" We mentioned that it was our 20th anniversary and Axel was very happy to hear this. He mentioned this to our server, Matt, who remembered us from several visits over the past year or so. Matt allowed us plenty of time to consider drinks, and make suggestions. He never rushed us or prompted us. He had several good suggestions. He really helped us with our decisions and gave us plenty of opportunity to allow us to think over our next course. We started off with a bottle of sparkling water, and my husband ordered the Earl Grey Martini, which is quite delicious and tart, very refreshing. For our starter, we selected the Seafood Platter. It was beautifully presented in a hammered copper platter and the freshly shucked oysters gleamed on the bed of cracked ice. A Cali roll, and Prawn Cocktail rounded the platter out nicely. We then ordered the Crab Cakes dinner with salad to share. The kitchen set it on 2 separate plates for us! It was just the perfect amount of food. Everything tasted as delicious as it looked. Matt checked with us over the course of the dinner. Axel, was also checking in with us. Both Axel and Matt are such superb hosts. We even were offered a complementary dessert. We chose the layered Chiffon & Coconut cake. It was fresh, tender, slightly sweet. Delectable. And to our amazement, Axel offered us a bottle of Prosecco to take home as a remembrance of our time with them.complementary! How wonderful is that! Axel, Matt and Team Beach House, THANK YOU SO MUCH! We can't stop talking about how well-treated we were. We are always made to feel so welcome, as if we were familiar friends coming over for a visit. We are so happy to continue to choose The Beach House as our go-to favourite place to celebrate.

Celebrated my birthday at the Beach House. Service was great. We had requested a window seat but noticed when we got there that most if not all window seats are only for two people. Regardless we were seated next to the windows with a view of the beach. Food was delicious and presented well.

Wonderful service, gorgeous location and delicious food! We were so happy with our experience and really appreciated how accommodating the staff were. We had the team check in with me regarding the reservation in advance to ensure we liked the spot, and I thought that was really above and beyond!

Disappointing. The sommelier was helpful but otherwise we were ignored by our server for at least 20 minutes. Didn’t seem interested in taking our order. Crabcakes were blackened on one side. The carpaccio was ok but needed something more. The branzino was fine tho plating was not inspiring. It was very noisy.

Coffee machine has been out of order again!!!! Service mediocre n no brown sugar!!! Basic stuff man

Unfortunately, our coffee machine broke over the weekend and it is currently being fixed. I am trying my best to get this back into the restaurant asap. I do understand the disappointment with the brown sugar as that is what I take in my coffee as well but due to a brown sugar shortage in the last month, we haven't been able to get any but we are working hard to get it back again as soon as we can. Normally, this is one of the top kitchen's in the city. And they're blessed with a magical location. During the week, when it's quieter, it is absolutely fantastic. Om Easter Sunday however, it was very busy and the whole experience suffered. We were seated at a terrible table, the service was slow snd the food was sub-par. Crab cake was charred on one side, chicken was dry in the salad and in the sandwich, even my daughter's cole was flat and tasted weird. Just a shame when the experience level drops to a 3/10 - because the bill was still $220.00. No discount for lacklustre food and slow service. I guess it's always a risk going out to eat these days. ☹️

Typically love beach house but this recent visit was very average. Order glass of wine, it never arrived but it did show up on the bill. Ordered oysters, one of four was significantly smaller almost laughable it would be served. Lastly I ordered salad with a gluten allergy. Confirmed with server. Salad came out with crostini’s on it. I advised I ordered gluten free. They came back minutes later with same salad crostini’s removed. I had to again advise them I have gluten allergy and removing them is not ok. Views and ambience was great as always. Just a disappointing brunch which was supposed to be a special meal out.
