A charming restaurant with traditional service and a nice unhurried pace. The food was quite good (we all had salads and pasta). The wine list is extensive but quite expensive - be prepared to pay $70 or more for a bottle.

This was my first time at Barolo East, and I am glad I went! The ambiance is dignified, and the food is nicely seasoned and presented. I will return to this neighborhood gem soon, and bring my friends!

Our waiter was rude. He barely greeted us and did not tell us the specials until we asked. The food was average and the servings were small. Disappointed since it had good reviews on Open Table. We won’t be back.

Impeccable and attentive service. The food is classic italian. The ambience is warm and inviting - a nice change from the typical midtown corporate restaurant.
