Great food. Many Italian dishes to choose from. The lasagna was great. I was disappointed they didn't have the coconut cream cake.....

Friend chicken livers were amazing as was the Friend chicken. Fall off the bone ribs and nice mellow BBQ sauce.

We were looking for a local restaurant for a team dinner and this was perfect. Our service was impeccable and the food was great! When we come back to Des Moines for the tournament next year, we will visit again!

I am a long time yet, infrequent visitor to Baratta's having started soon after Nana Leone's closed. When asked where I wanted to go for Father's Day, I quickly answered "Baratta's". It was a good day and a great meal. Baratta's was very busy but our reservation made the table wait tolerable. The staff was dedicated and effective and the food had a wonderful hearty flavor.
