Bar Siena expands to Chicago's North Shore suburbs with their most recent location at Old Orchard Mall. Located next to Nordstrom, the new restaurant includes an 8,500-square-foot interior as well as two expansive patios. Much like its West Loop sister spot, Bar Siena North Shore’s vibe is a combination of elements the quaint and charming trattorias in Siena, Italy, and the industrial aesthetic of Chicagoland. The restaurant, along with Top Chef Fabio Viviani, brings the flavor, flare and energy of the casual Italian-American dining experience to the Midwest.

Food was awesome as always. Waiter and other staff were very attentive. Love the birthday sparkler with donuts.

Great creative menu with some more common options as well. Our booth was off to the side and we had no noise issues even though the space is very open. We shared a salad, pizza, and entree between the 2 of us and brought almost half of the entree and pizza home. Delicious and large portions!

The service was good. We sat in the outdoor area which was nice but noisy. I thought the food was average. The drinks were very expensive, someone at our table ordered a Makers Manhattan which was $21… ridiculous!

On a busy Mother’s Day, Bar Sienna really delivered a great dining experience. Our server, Chris, was very attentive. The food and drinks were top-notch. And the tulips for all the mom’s that were brought with the checks were a delightful touch. This was our first experience dining at Bar Sienna, but it will not be our last.

Things were fine except- my friend and I got up to go outside for a few minutes. We let our server know. When we came back our entire table had been cleared. I had a full cocktail and we also had ordered some food to go and it was gone. The manager was great and adjusted the bill which was nice. However, the server really should have let the team know our intentions to be right back.

I read the previous complaint and still gave it a shot. Whomp whomp. My lobster pasta was mediocre. I won’t be back to this location. Only the city locations.
