Our restaurant's mantra is "Sin Maiz, No Hay Pais" meaning "without corn there is no country" as such, our tortillas are hand ground in house from heirloom organic Mexican corn varietals - made daily & cooked to order. As a result of our corn obsession, we have no flour in house & are a completely gluten-free kitchen.

Server -Ireland was great. Food we fantastic and you can tell the chef works has attention to detail. Fun place to go

Awesome Happy Hour specials [just remember to tip on the full amount 🙃] & everything I’ve had in 2 visits was great! So fun to have a completely GF restaurant so no one has to worry about getting sick if they’re sensitive or celiac!

Food and service are always consistently good. I’m surprised that brunch time isn’t busier for them, it’s SO good. Dinner can be hard for walk-ins so make a reservation.

I don't know why I don't come here more often. The food was great. Portions are very large; I could not eat everything. Non-alcoholic cocktails are very good. Service was a bit slow but the it was very busy and they were training brand-new staff. Staff is friendly and got everything right. They definitely don't hustle you out, even though it's busy. Excellent spot for happy hour or cocktails and tacos.

The staff was friendly from the moment we walked in until we left. The food was excellent. Although our server was attentive, the meal felt rushed. Plates were cleared before all of us were finished and dessert was asked about and the dessert menu delivered while we were still eating our main courses. It was very noisy and hard to talk at our booth. Not a relaxing dining experience. I’ll be back, though, because the food is worth it.

Bar Nico never disappoints. Every time we go it is better than the previous time. Many vegetarian options. So many unique and amazing flavors. Dessert is always a must have.

The food is very spicy. They don’t have many non spicy options. The guacamole is very spicy. Guacamole, dip is a popular appetizer. It would be nice if they had a non-spicy option guacamole dip. This was my 2nd time there.
