I thought it was nicer and that the service was better! Fortunately it is near a lot of other bar and restaurants and my friends and me went to other place.

I have been to Baltra Bar, numerous times....I recommend it always to out of town guests and friends.....I had a reservation for 5 people, my out of town guests, we were the 1st ones there, we had a 6:00 reservation.....we ordered at 6:15, we got our drinks at 6:45, a half hour later, of course after the place was full. I will return, but feel bar service was very slow or they need additional assistance. Servers were attentive.

We had some of the best cocktails we've ever had. Anywhere. Each recipe seemed well thought out, and well made. The space is small, but we had the option to sit outdoors, on a lovely evening. There is no food menu. I'd definitely recommend it.

Wonderful cocktails! Great vibe! We arrived at 7.30 pm and lucky we had a reservation. It was packed and remained that way.

Wide variety and lots of options for cocktails. But some options were one note versus layered flavour. A bit on the crowded side in the bar and dining areas.

César Hernandez behind the bar was one of the sweetest bartenders in all of Mexico City, which is saying a lot because all bartenders we met were extremely nice and knowledgeable. He made amazing cocktails and gave us so many local recs that we’ll have to try once we’re back. You could tell he truly loved his job because he had the biggest smile on his face the entire time. You absolutely will need a reservation here. It was completely full within 15 minutes of opening!

After fantastic visits to Handshake Speakeasy and Licoreria Limantour we were excited to see what Baltra Bar had to offer. Sadly, we were displeased. The cocktails were interesting and the music was great but the service was lackluster. Our 2 servers were not engaging nor super excited to suggest their favorites drinks when asked. Unfortunately, I never received my 2nd cocktail. Not sure if the server just forgot but it ended up being a great reason to leave. With all of the terrific CDMX hotspots to choose from I would scratch this one off my list.

La experiencia muy por debajo de la expectativa. Tragos malo y caros, mas que tragos venden aguas frescas. Los meseros se esmeran solo con los extranjeros. Al estar en la lista de los 50 best bars esperaba el mismo nivel de los otros de la lista en cdmx

Lovely spot with a local feel. The cocktails are great, the atmosphere is low key and relaxed. Not stuffy or trying to be cool, really enjoyed it.

Great little bar with a nice ambiance. The drinks were outstanding, loved their gin martinis. Definitely recommend, we’ll be going back whenever we’re in CDMX for sure

Cozy and nicely decorated with perfect cocktail lounge lighting and beautiful- to -look- at drinks. And the drinks were really good. Make a reservation and try to sit inside to soak up the ambience.

We celebrated our anniversary with some delicious drinks! The ambience was stellar, the service was spot on. They surprised us with some chocolate cake for our celebration. We didn’t eat any food here and the menu was just drinks which suited us fine. That’s why we rated food a one star.
