If you're going to take your name from a badass like the patron saint of blacksmiths, you better be able to back it up. Baldamar marks the turning point where we usher in the new standard for style, service and steak. It means the menu’s made with old-world craft at its core and modern day meat eaters in mind — with flavors forged in fire and folded into pure primal perfection. It’s where every steak is aged 40 days and 40 nights for a taste of biblical proportion, and where crazy-fresh seafood means it was caught during your morning commute. At the bar sits every spirit imaginable, and someone who isn’t afraid to use them. This is more than a new steakhouse. It’s a line in the sand. It’s not just where you celebrate special occasions. It’s where you create them.

    Went with my wife to celebrate our anniversary. We were politely greeted, but were a little earlier than our reservation. So my wife ordered a Rhuberry Cosmo which was excellent! We were seated promptly at our reservation time. Our waiter, Lo, was excellent! He asked if we had been there before. After telling him it was a first for us, he explained the menu and made some suggestions, and just overall very friendly and knowledgeable. I had the lobster and truffle pasta (Excellent!) and my wife had the NY strip (Excellent as well). Finished with the Bananas Foster cheesecake. All around fantastic experience!!

    We've never had a bad experience at Baldamar! The food was absolutely excellent and our service was amazing. Our only tiny complaint was that he took our drinks before we were officially done with them. This definitely won't prevent us from coming back though.
