Every Sunday, Balboa Bay Resort offers a Seafood Sunday Brunch featuring buffet stations of classics and new favorites in our beautiful waterfront Lighthouse Room. Located on the stunning Newport Harbor in beautiful Newport Beach, the Balboa Bay Resort is the perfect spot for Sunday brunch with friends and family. Enjoy favorites including Latin Spiced Prime Rib, Pan Seared Striped Bass, Lobster, Crab Claws, Omelets, and so much more!

The seafood was not fresh. The bread tasted like they had saved it from last Sundays brunch and they gave themselves $100 tip on a table of four without even telling us that they were doing so we will not be back.

We had an amazing time at balboa bay resort’s seafood brunch. The ambience is incredible, the ocean view is gorgeous! The food was great, there were many options and everything tasted amazing. What truly set this place apart was the staff. I can’t say enough good things, starting with the greeting from the hostess she was great! Very welcoming, then we had Ricardo, Bertha, and Maricella, and I believe it was Carmela they took the best care of us with the most cheerful smiles. They truly made the experience special!

The service was amazing we were greeted by Cathy, with a warm smile even though we were running a little late. Once inside our server Rey was so attentive and kind. The whole staff was friendly and professional. The food was delicious. I will be back.

Such a wonderful brunch with the girls. We loved the ambiance and delicious variety of seafood. The unlimited mimosa made the day so fun and the service was great. You can beat the view and value for this amazing brunch!

Not that great, not fresh. From cost co frozen lobster feet and crab . Could have eaten kbbq even better :(

I so enjoy Sunday brunch at the Balboa Bay Club and Resort. First we are greeted by Randy, or his staff, when we drive up to the valet. Then when we finally reach the restaurant Kathy greets us and takes us to our table. She's so gracious and really helps kick off the brunch. This week we were served by Jose, Victor and Gabby. Such a wonderful crew and always there to check on us, clear our plate, provide refills on the drinks and whatever else we might need (this weekend Jose moved the heater over to our table as it was very cool and windy. Once we were settled each of us visited Jorge at the omelet station (he makes the best huevos rancheros!) ad Jenny carved out the roast beef and the rack of lamb, delicious. All the food is exceptional as is the presentation. There are so many who do their jobs quietly and refill the food stations and straighten and clean them...they keep the place very nice for the clients. it's such a treat to go to Sunday brunch at the Balboa Bay Club. The best brunch in town!!!!.

Overall it was a great experience celebrating our Mom’s 85th birthday. It took a while to replenish the sashimi tray after the first serving and the oysters. Some of the dishes like the breakfast burritos seem to have been out for a while. All in all we were happy with the service and food quality.

The Balboa Bay Club and Resort has the best brunch experience in town. It starts with Randy , who manages the valet service, he is considerate of your needs and you know he will take great car of your car. When you get to the Lighthouse Kathy greats you warmly and always does the best job in seating you in just the right spot. She's like a good friend inviting you into her home. Luis, Rene and the other wait staff are very courteous and professional and are quick to help you in every way they can. Oscar makes the best huevos in town and also creates just the right omelet. Overall the food is delicious, the staff is wonderful and the experience keeps me coming back over and over again. It' would ber hard to find a better brunch in Newport Beach.
