Location is complicated, too many cars, taxis and people walking around. Very young crowd, loud. Ambiance too many bushes trees brushing on your table if you sit outside. The price on food outrageous prices for the amount of food you receive.

Super expensive and the place / ambiance did not justify it. Cocktails were good but $20+ usd per drink and super average place.

We had a wonderful dinner at Bal Nak. We were there to celebrate 3 birthdays and they made sure to make it a special night. The chocolate clams, grilled broccoli, octopus, and duck were out standing. Unfortunately, the steak and short rib dinners came out cold. Great ambiance!

Without a doubt the best food in Tulum, it is our second dinner since we were eager to try more and we were not wrong, everything was very delicious. The loin steak with black garlic and the delicious chicken, we hope to return soon.

Food was delicious, service was friendly. Smoke from adjacent restaurant a real problem. Prices were high.

We liked it a lot, the combination of flavors is spectacular, order the catch of the day tiradito very very delicious. The service was very friendly and with good recommendations

No tenían varios platillos del menú. La calidad de la comida muy baja y el servicio pésimo, las mesas no estaban puestas, pedimos servilletas cuando nos llevaron las bebidas y nos trajeron unas toallas de papel del baño. Muyyyy mala experiencia con el restaurante!!

It was a small, cute restaurant but the food was disappointing. It was passable, pretty to look at but not particularly tasty to eat. Such a shame! Staff were nice and attentive though.
