Food and service was very good. Was sad to see the trio didn’t include guacamole anymore. But we just ordered both. The guacamole is soooo good!

Service was painfully slow. Had to ask multiple times for water. It did not come till we got the check.

We really enjoyed our dinner here. We had appetizers which were the queso and guacamole dips with chips. The chips were great- crispy and warm. The queso was more than cheese with other ingredients. The guacamole was excellent. We each had 2 tacos which were original and delicious. We agreed we should’ve each ordered an additional one. They r small.

We love Bakersfield for an occasional visit and margaritas. Our server was excellent, and very attentive. The queso & chips is the best appetizer!

Enjoyed a table outside on a nice evening. Food was light and yummy (chips with trio of dips, and tacos) and staff was great. Fun night!

Such a fun place to eat - great food with attentive service and a real treat in the center of OTR! They really do everything well - our group tried 7 different tacos and every one was delicious!

We had to unexpeditely bring my 2 month old baby, and everyone was so helpful and accommodating the best they could! The host even offered to carry him up the stairs to the rooftop where we sat. It was so kind! The food and drinks were amazing as always. The only thing I’d suggest is a baby changing station in the bathroom.

This place downstairs has the potential to be an awfully loud echo-chamber . Encountered a large table of very loud patrons. Obnoxious.

The Bakersfield restaurant week promo allowed us to get outside our comfort zone with not additional cost associated. The loaded queso is a must! Guaq always spot on. The Jonny and Dolly salads were made with high quality, fresh ingredients. The tacos never disappoint. Washed it all down with the best margarita I know around town. The pineapple margarita.

Restaurant week - guacomole is to die for! Interesting salad with the main section: We had shrimp, fish, short rib …. Street tacos. Their margaritas are the best! Just be prepared for some stairs and high tables :)

I crave the pineapple marg. We love it here. I’m pescatarian and love their fish and shrimp tacos. We always take out of towners here if they don’t have a chain near them.

Love Bakersfield, had dinner here with my husband several times. Food was on point as usual, service was pretty good. Our food took longer than usual, but to be expected considering it was Taco Tuesday. Our waiter told us about the $3 tacos right away and it was worth it. So glad we made a reservation, it was pretty crowded.

We went during restaurant week so we had a mix of a few items across the menu including the guacamole, salads, tacos and of course a margarita. Everything was delicious BUT do not sleep on these salads. I know... salad on taco Tuesday? YES only if its that Johnny salad at Bakersfield! The margs are delightful, the tequila was flowing around us, and tacos that come out by the platterful. This place has it all.

We were able to snag a street side table on a beautiful evening. Our server was prompt and efficient. The food was tasty, especially the fish taco. I couldn’t believe they don’t serve coffee or dessert, but, oh well. We had an enjoyable meal at a reasonable price.

Been to the one in Columbus many years ago. Liked their tacos. Their queso dip was excellent. We had the carnitas, pollo verde and shrimp tacos and they were very tasty as well. Music was a bit too loud so talking to our friends was a bit of a challenge. Next time I'll ask for a spot that is a bit more quiet.

My husband and I ate at Bakersfield before the FC Cincinnati game, and we enjoyed our meal. We started with the Loaded Queso and chips, and it was delicious. We shared the following tacos and all of them were great: Pollo rojo, Al Pastor, Short Rib, Fish, and Carnitas. We love the variety and quality.
