The service was very good at the beginning of the meal but as the meal progressed the service became very poor. two people at the table did not get there meals and no waiter came by to see if everyone was happy with their meal. Eventually we were able to get the waiter and told him - he went back to the kitchen to check and they had not prepared the meals. One of the meals was a simple chicken wing item on the Happy hour menu so he returned again with that. The manager did finally bring the last person at our table his meal and ended up not charging him for his meal. Also a few people ordered a glass of wine and the waiter brought back 9 oz glasses without asking if people would have preferred a 6 oz glass which was cheaper on the Happy Hour menu. It would have been better if he had asked!!

National Margarita Fay is the wrong day to go. Over-crowded, unbearably bad service, had to beg servers to take our order, DJ set up a dance floor right at our table when we were trying to have a calm meal. Food was good but restaurant ambience was unbearable.

One of the better experiences I’ve had at this particular Bahama Breeze. Excellent waitress and the food was very good. (one thing I’ll mention is that I didn’t want the corn with my chicken because I don’t like corn so I asked for string beans and they gave me like a baby size amount of string beans are the person whose order included string beans got triple the amount because it wasn’t a substitute… to me that’s being very cheap. (Stingy on the string beans)

First time using the open table app and first time at Bahama Breeze and I highly recommend both!!! We got an excellent table on a super busy Valentine's night. The food was excellent 👌🏼. My steak was a little undercooked for my liking but still delicious 😋 the dragon fruit margarita is a MUST

Great service by "Angel" but just too noisy. As a party of 8, we have half liking their food and half were just okay with it.

Tha food was delicious, our waiter was very accommodating and did a very good job. It was a very clean restaurant with great atmosphere!! It also was not noisy so easy to have dinner conversations!!

They were very accommodating considering we were not the easiest guest as we kept changing the number of people in our party. Super nice servers and hosts. Even the kitchen staff was very nice and professional. Our server Mark was wonderful, very attentive and even brought us extra plates and spoons to help celebrate birthday festivities. Food was delicious as always and perfect temperature.

This is the second time that we went there. Both times the wait staff forgot things or didn’t come around. The food was average. The drinks were good. My friend ordered a salad with thousand island dressing but it came with a different vinaigrette. We asked 3 other waiters for the thousand island dressing, but they looked at us as if we were from another planet. She didn’t get the dressing from any of them. Our waiter finally came back and she asked him again for the thousand island dressing, but he brought the vinaigrette again. She told him that wasn’t thousand island dressing. He finally told her they didn’t serve that dressing. Why didn’t he tell her that when she ordered the salad. She may have wanted something different to eat, since they didn’t have the dressing.

The service there is terrible. You literally sit there for 15-20 minutes waiting for one of the 900 servers walking past you to actually acknowledge you and then wait a whole hour for your food

My kids love this spot! It’s very relaxing and the food is great. We’ve been at this location multiple times and I have never had a single complaint other than I drunk my margarita too fast!

Manager was right out front and seated us early at a great table. I was served water in a cracked glass. It is was removed and replaced immediately. Very helpful waitstaff. They even boxed my mothers food for her. Thank you for a great Mother’s Day meal.

The new menu is nice even though they took away one of my favorites, the Avocado Stack. I wish they would bring back the Ahi Salad. That was always my favorite. The new Conch Fritters were very good.

This is a great place to eat and enjoy a great conversation. The bar area views outside as well if you can’t get on the patio. Staff is kind and attentive! It’s our go to for good food!
