El lugar muy lindo, buena comida y buena música también. El servicio estuvo lentísimo. Y de los precios ni hablar. Carísimo lo que le sigue. Chequen el menú antes de ir. Las bebidas arrancan en $560 pesos cada una.

Very bad service.. i had booked through open table and i got my confirmation through open table and message saying that i was confirmed but the restaurant waitress was rude and the denied saying there was no reservation made. However, the manager confirmed that the reservation was done successfully and the waitress was wrong, but there was no apology for all inconvenience they created , the customer service was pathetic and they were very rude.

In March of this year, I had a reservation at Bagatelle in Tulum and was eager to experience their renowned cuisine. However, my visit was nothing short of disappointing. Upon arrival, we were instructed to wait at the bar until our table was ready, with the assurance that someone would promptly escort us to our seats. Despite patiently waiting for over 30 minutes, we were overlooked while others, who arrived after us, were seated ahead of us. This treatment left us feeling neglected and undervalued as customers. When we finally approached the front desk to address the delay, we were met with apologies but still had to endure an additional 5 minutes before being seated. This level of disregard for our time was unacceptable and left us questioning whether our ethnicity played a role in the poor service, as it seemed our presence didn't align with their preferred clientele. Furthermore, the food itself was a major letdown. The flavors were lackluster, and the potato purée was particularly offensive to the taste buds. It was by far the worst I've ever encountered. Overall, I cannot recommend this establishment. The combination of poor service and subpar cuisine left a sour taste in my mouth. I had a far superior dining experience at Ilios next door the following day. Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of Bagatelle in Tulum.

Awesome decor, ambience, food and fun show. I would highly recommend for a fun night out.

Exceeded my expectations. Really tasty Sea Bass Carpaccio, Duck Fillet and Rib-eye. Our party was gradually and pleasantly sucked into the hype and dance party. Really good DJ and super fun staff. A special thanks to our servers Luis and Brian, they were so patient, attentive, professional and cute from beginning to end, despite a full house on a Saturday night. Keep it up! Thank you for a fab night! xo

The table bread and caviar fish dish was tasty. For some odd reason the steak was cold although it came on top of a mini grill and tasted like lighter fluid.Overall I wouldn’t go back here due to the portion sizes, flavor and prices. Over $700 was spent for cold steak and partially filled stomachs. Oh, and if you’re going to be late, just go anyways to avoid the cancellation/no-show fee.

This is by far the worst restaurant I have been to and I’m not exaggerating. First thing upon arriving, we were told that we only had an hour and a half and that we were going to be moved to the bar, mind you the place was completely empty. We order to glasses of a « French » red wine, kid you not, I think they served us some cheap red wine. We ordered the octopus in the red sauce, it was overcooked, the sauce tasted like tomate paste, just not great, and we had the lamb chop, it came with one tiny lamb chop and a lamb meatball that was just not tasty at all. Sides are separate, we had the broccolini that came with a sauce that literally tasted like grass and the mashed potatoes, that tasted like powder mashed potatoes, and let me tell you that we added the extra truffle and it tasted nothing like it. For this we were charged $278. The « truffle » alone was an extra $600 pesos, gratuity that shouldn’t even be included, was charged. The service was just terrible. The towel, they give to clean the hands in the beginning smelled like an old rag. There was no ambience other than a random guy that came out to sing a Queen song. Do not waste your time and money on this overly priced place. Do not believe the good reviews, I’m starting to think people do not know what good food tastes like.

Very disappointed with our experience at bagatelle. While the aesthetic is beautiful, that is about all this restaurant had to offer. The restaurant was HOT, 1 fan in the entire building and no moving air. Our server barely came by our table of 9. We were there before the restaurant truly got busy. And this place is pricey $$$. Things to highlight on this negative experience: -4 plates were forgotten, or never ordered by our server -1 steak came out overcooked, we had to fight with our waiter to get it re-made. (Mind you this was a $100 USD steak) -server only came to get us a single round of drinks, and water. We were in this restaurant for 2 hours and had empty drinks for about an hour and a half. -the restaurant then tried to place an 18% auto gratuity to our table and I had to argue with management to remove it. This was completely unacceptable as we did not even receive minimum level of service. Honestly, I’m so disappointed with this whole experience.
