Baekjeong literally means butcher in Korean which is a name we hold proud of.
We proudly serve only the finest cuts of Premium Alberta Sterling Silver meat which prepared by 15 years experienced butcher. Every table features a built-in grill (use gas) to allow you to dine at your own table.

All meat orders are accompanied by bottomless Korean style salads and vegetables. Combo meals have a choice of either soybean paste soup, kimchi stew, steamed eggs, soft-tofu soup or corn cheese.
Our relaxing atmosphere and juicy dishes make Baekjeong a perfect place to hold all kinds of parties and gatherings. Please reserve a spot a head of time for parties of eight or more.

    I will definitely return to this branch because the one on Calgary Trail is too noisy, too crampy, and too overcrowded. The seating is very uncomfortable. the Mayfair branch is excellent and we will come again even though it is further from our home!!! We had a wonderful time

    Staff at this location are as second to none the best I’ve seen in a restaurant setting. By the time you blinked your food was on the table or dishes were being replenished. It was my aunties bday and they comp’d a slice of cheesecake for her. The flavours were fresh and tasty. Will be going back for sure :)

    Absolutely loved this place. I’m very picky about eating healthy, and I’m always worried that I won’t be able to find things to eat. My adult children and husband are huge meat eaters, and want to eat a lot! We ordered one of the meat packages and my eating mates were so happy. It was so fun to cook at the table. I was also so happy because I could control the amount of meat that I ate, and wrapped it in lettuce and had multiple different little things that I could eat that were unlimited. Broccoli, bean, sprouts, and lots of other cool little things to put in with your meat. I will 100% go back!! Servers were super friendly and attentive, and the buzzer system to get your things refilled was one of the coolest things I’ve seen in a long time.
