BackDoor Bistro and Wine Bar focuses on sustainable, ethically sourced cuisine. Local farms produce as much as possible of the produce and ingredients for BackDoor Bistro. Its menu changes seasonally for varied options that change with the seasons and the bounty of surrounding farms. This restaurant also offers local beer, wine and artisanal cocktails for delightful pairings.

Guests can start their meals with bites and appetizers like the Polenta Fries with Cilantro Lime Crema, the Crispy Thai Brussels Sprouts. or the Seasonal Seared Spanish Octopus. They can then move onto the crowd-pleasing Stempler Creek Beef Burger, the Coconut Lime Bouillabaisse, or the hearty Southern Style Fried Chicken which is served Tuesday-Thursday nights.

The gorgeous patio is surrounded by plant life and set aside a bustling courtyard. The dining room is charming yet elegant. BackDoor Bistro has been voted best spot for a date night for many years for a reason!

The food is always great! Even leaving stuffed you feel like you can still go on with the rest of the day, feel good food! The staff is always very nice and attentive and you can always find someone if needed. Love this place !!!

Underwhelming to drive from out of town to, but if it’s within your neighborhood it would be ok. Weird dinning layout and menu is limited. I won’t be going back

Server was outstanding, great ambiance but the noise level was very high. Conversations difficult. Even though we changed seats from outside to inside. People have no regard for other patrons.

Everything was superb! Except for the noise level- almost impossible to hear anyone and I don’t have any hearing issues but my husband, who does have hearing issues found it impossible to hear anything. Food, service, really excellent!

We had a great brunch there, the day before Mother's Day. They were busy, but we were served promptly and the food was terrific.

Had dinner last night (Thursday). We sat on the patio and there was live music in the adjacent plaza which was fun. I had the burger which was cooked just right. Would love it if they offered the option of a salad rather than chips (not a fan of chips). My friend had the salmon which looked good. He ordered the chocolate decadence cake for dessert. The carmel sauce was delicious. Overall, very nice. Will be back to try something different next time. Bon Appetit! Oh...the server was great: warm, attentive, unintrusive, and very professional.

Birthday get together. Food was good - I would like to have added some salt to my pork belly tacos but did not have an opportunity to ask for it. My friends ordered the mushroom tacos and needed a little more spice. Brussels sprouts and focaccia bread were the favorites of the day!

We enjoyed brunch on the patio on a sunny, pleasant afternoon. The food selection was great, our waitress was fabulous and the location is lovely. We will definitely return!
