Lovely Italian style restaurant situated on the ground floor of Flannels store. Open plan kitchen. Lovely marble a d wood tables. Lovely staff. Good choice on me u. We had sea bass on potato with chips . Followed by tiramasu and cheesecake. Could not fault it and very reasonably priced Will definitely be going back.

Amazing experience! We went for lunch during Liverpool restaurant week and everything was amazing. The service was great, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was great with good music playing. Would 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back!!

We ordered a selection of different vegetarian dishes: goat cheese salad, gnocchi, Arancini, bruschetta and some fries. The salad and Arancini were really nice. Gnocchi tasted fresh but quite bland but the bruschetta was very disappointing. Tomatoes were pale and didn’t see much basil and garlic. Bread was dry, hard and didn’t really look or taste high quality. The waiter was nice and attentive and the ambience was pleasant. We are not from Liverpool and haven’t been to Bacino before and didn’t expect the place to be inside a store. Not a problem for us but we didn’t realise it when booking. Overall experience was ok but won’t be visiting again in future when in Liverpool.

Great food and service. We will 100% be returning. Everyone made different menu choices so we all experienced a mouthful of five main courses. Every option was perfect. The menu is not vast but I can't see anyone being unhappy with any of the options. Highly recommended.

This is a hidden little gem of a restaurant, ideal for brunch. The Eggs Royale were to die for but the focaccia starter was a little on the meagre side

We booked last minute and so glad we got booked here. Beautiful little Italian setting with Flannels which I didn’t know when I booked at couldn’t find it at first. Service was wonderful, the food was amazing the prawns were to die for… meaty and succulent! The wine was lush, but overall a great dining experience. The setting was weird at first but it didn’t matter it was a lovely eating space!

Went with my mum for brunch, staff were very welcoming and fantastic customer service from all. Brunch was delicious with a lovely atmosphere.

We actually booked another table too! As you were so busy .. there were 5 of us.. as always Dan and Dan were brilliant fantastic service .. 2 great guys.. Food was beautiful as always ..all our family really enjoyed it .. When I let friends know .. they don’t know the restaurant is there.. think yiur PR should let everyone in Liverpool you are there.. I personally think it’s the best Italian 🇮🇹 in Liverpool.. Thanks again Dan and Dan .. from all the family great night ! 🌸

The pizza was gorgeous, some of the best we’ve had in a long time. Also had dessert and both were really good. I wondered if being inside a department store would make it noisy but it wasn’t and was great for people watching too.

Limited menu choice. Blocked toilets. We could get a seat when everywhere else was busy. Mediocre. Would not rush back

Food was nice, drinks in small plastic glasses but same price as you would pay for a large drink in a proper glass,bit disappointing. No toilets in the restaurant other side of the actual store itself & had to wait 10 mins in s queue as 2 out of order. Wouldnt rush back but handy location 4 a quick bite

It was our first time in Bacino - an early lunch before a theatre visit. The location was ideal and we enjoyed the quirky nature of a cafe inside a high end shop. Our waitress was welcoming and efficient. The food was delicious.

First time visiting and was chosen due to its menu and proximity to the Empire Theatre. It's a little unconventional in that it's a restaurant within a store and is probably most suited to (Flannels) shoppers rather than people looking for somewhere to eat in the centre. It had a small impact on the overall ambience but was pleasant nonetheless. The service was very good and we were treated to a complimentary glass of prosecco in celebration of my mother's birthday (which I'd indicated on the booking). This was a nice touch and very much appreciated. And though there wasn't a lot-of (per dish), the food was lovely and was just right amount of for us. Will visit again and as it's the perfect pitstop to break up city centre shopping or as pre-evening entertainment dining. Thank you.

The positives were very much the food and friendliness of staff. The menu is limited, particularly in evenings, it seems very much geared towards lunch and kitchen closed about 7.30pm I think, so we couldn't have dessert and we got gently kicked out when Flannels closed (the shop in which Bacino is located) at 8pm. There were some items out of stock on menu. It would be nice if the lights could be lowered in brightness a little. I'd definitely go back and try lunch though.

We had a lovely meal of 6 small plates between two of us. Service as always was impeccable. It was a good value deal and the food was good quality. We were surprised it was so quiet and we were the only table eating on an early Friday evening. Would have been nice to have a bit more ambiance with other diners. However we had a great time and as always enjoyed the expertly mixed and presented cocktails .

I attended the Tiempo Tequila special event and I really enjoyed the experience! The evening started with a short presentation of the product made by a very knowledgeable guy. The service was attentive and excellent as usual, the food was really tasty and perfectly matched the amazing tequila based cocktails! I definitely recommend a visit to Bacino!
