The reception girls were not friendly, the service was not good the staff were bit rude, food before was much better in quality and variety ,the menu became smaller

Had a lovely meal with a friend over the bank holiday. After hearing not so good reviews of the food, we were pleasantly surprised! The food was lovely and the waiting staff were very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

The worst manager (Louis) ever!!! The receptionist’s attitude needs huge improvement as well. Was fascinated by the photos on social media of the place, so planed to have a meal there treating my kid and my friend, unfortunately my friend was refused to enter the restaurant because she had a cap on, unless she remove her cap they won’t let her sit in, and they talked to her in a very strict manner, but my friend cares about her privacy and insist to keep her cap on, hence she had to left without eating with us. However, 15mins later when the peak time started, there are couple of the guests entered with caps on their head into the restaurant, one take it off after sitting down, one kept his cap at all time. I then asked the member of the staff for an explanation, few minutes later there was a waiter in red suit came to the table where the male guest who had cap on, he bend his knees down talked so politely to the guests ( I can see the gesture of his body language) then they moved a table ( might still had cap on, just away from my vision). After another 5 minutes, this manager - Louis came to my table, didn’t apologize or even thought they did anything wrong, simply told me that male guest is one of their regular who is famous so he needs to have some privacy… I do not think it is a reasonable explanation to me. I respected the policy at the beginning so didn’t feel too bad for my friend when she was refused to enter, but wouldn’t believe they have such imparity requirements for different people. So the ‘famous’ people should have more privacy? more privilege? Or more exceptions? If there’s policy, should it apply to all? I couldn’t finish my meal because of the anger after talking to Louis, can’t believe that is his skill for customer service, I must say that he and his colleagues (one of the girls from reception) ruined the whole experience. Wouldn’t recommend this place to ordinary residents if they don’t correct their hospitality methods.

Well what can I say, completely blown away by everything, especially the staff on every aspect, we had a 2 hour time slot for our table but the staff let us stay for a further 45mins at which point they needed the table back, we were having such a great time and did not want to leave so they found us a spot at the bar where we stayed way into the early hours of the morning, if your thinking of coming hear for the evening don’t think about it just book!!!! food fantastic and great value for money. Thank you for an amazing evening!!!!!

The service was bad compared to previous reservations. The order was submitted to the waiter, but we were surprised when the food was served. There was a lack of demand. When we inquired, he said, “I did not hear you well.” The other matter was that the main dish, which was steak, was served, and they did not bring a knife for cutting meat. The wait lasted for approximately 20 minutes, and then the waiter was stopped. To bring it immediately, unfortunately the special appointment was bad due to the service

Great Ambiance, delicious food, good vibe , but team is not very courteous. They kill the overall experience. The Server even did not serve as we were sharing. The Reception team is awesome though.

Very beautiful restaurant , lovely music, atmosphere , the whole theme. Food is delicious and it’s not my first time, each time I loved it every time! Absolutely !!! But service is awful! There are a lot, a lot of waiters but we had to wait really long time to order , then for the bill and extra long time for person to come to take payment.

It really depends on what you are looking for. The food is definitely below average but the service and atmosphere are great. I probably will not go back as the food is the most important element when I dine in a restaurant.
