I spoke with the restaurant in advance to be seated with a good view/ambiance as we were celebrating a birthday. However, upon arriving, they seated us at a table where I had specifically asked not to be seated. I explained this to our server, and after consulting with someone else, she moved us to another table. The new table was next to the counter, which ruined the entire ambiance of our visit. Staff were constantly there using the computer, and I could hear their conversations. This particular computer was used more frequently because the end one was faulty, which was frustrating as we didn't need the constant clatter of plates and chatter of the staff. I know it was faulty because I overheard the staff discussing it right next to us. It felt like they might as well have joined us for a group lunch. The restaurant was not very busy as it was lunchtime, so they really should have seated us better. I did ask to be moved to another table as I did not like the new one, but the waiter told me it was reserved. Unsurprisingly, this table remained empty for the entire duration of our three-hour visit. Shocking! The waiters were lovely but sometimes came across as pushy, which was unnecessary. The starters were good, but the tagliatelle truffle was very salty and inedible. As mentioned earlier, we were celebrating a birthday. When we ordered dessert, they brought it out without the "Happy Birthday" message, even though this was requested in advance and I had reminded our server. Only when the manager noticed did she kindly send out the corrected dessert, which we appreciated. However, this could not salvage the overall experience. Overall, I feel the restaurant did nothing to enhance our experience, especially as we had come for a special occasion. While they don't owe this to us, many other restaurants take joy in making their customers' experiences special. The biggest negative for me is that everything seemed to go wrong, and they didn't uphold any of my requests.

El restaurante en muy impactante,la comida la verdad no fue lo q esperaba. Es un restaurante caro y exclusivo pero parece q esta hecho para turistas q no regresaran su cocina puede mejorar mucho.

Booked the Roman brunch which was nice and good value but also added on the bottomless wine for £28pp but the service was so poor that we couldn’t order the bottomless wine until after the starter and were then told during the main that once the main was taken away the bottomless wine stops. So we paid almost £90 to have some wine served with out main course only so not at all bottomless. I feel that this should have been explained to us at the very beginning not during the service.

Truly disappointed. I booked for a special birthday and my partner and I will never return. A case of style over substance! Live music was appallingly bad and at best the food was mediocre. The only good dish was the sea bass. On top of that £6.95 for a bottle of still water is just insane!

Poor experience the white guy with blond hair tie Up in a ponytail! Was extremely rude! We just finish our main and they cleared our table so quickly they gave us the bill and said they need the table back. We couldn’t even have dessert! We ordered 3 bottles of wine that evening! Suppose to be a birthday meal! And they ruin it by telling us to leave! They need to sort out the service! How can you ask people to leave after spending so much money at the restaurant! I asked them to remove the 14.5% service changed around £115 !!! You cannot expect me to pay for the service charge when you asked us to leave is such rude manners

When I’ve gone before it’s not been that good as I think it was newly opened however I went back and moved our meal and the service had improved a lot so will definitely be going back. I’d definitely recommend the sharing fish and lamb chops!
