Bacari Silverlake is a Venetian-inspired small plates restaurant featuring Mediterranean-influenced dishes by Chef Lior Hillel. We are the 5th restaurant of the Kronfli Brothers, a family-owned, growing group of restaurants in the Los Angeles area. Offering a rotating curation of craft cocktails, small-production wines, and eclectic beers from around the world. Our team provides warm hospitality in our comfortable, dining room marked by our beautiful main garden & deck, outer herb garden, and spacious lounge and bar area. Had the stuffed mushrooms, asparagus, and sea bass. Everything was delicious. The best cake was an incredible mix of salty and sweet. Tokyo Sunset drink remains my favorite. Incredible ambience.

Been to this location a few times. The servers are always so polite, even if it can be a little confusing when 3-4 different people take your orders. The variety of food is always nice and everything is always full of flavor. Parking during rush hour is horrendous, but it's worth it. My cocktail was a little too sweet, but I appreciated the creativity that went into it.

Disappointed about tonight’s experience. Our waitress was nowhere to be found after she took our order, 2nd glass of wine took 30mn to be served, without an apology (and close to room temp for a white wine). Food was great, as always. But overall experience tainted by lack of good service.

Food, service, ambience is great. Prices a pretty good. Acting general manager, who was one of the servers. He made the dining experience even better, as did all staff. I have no reservations (pun not intended) recommending Bacari.

My very picky mom loved this place for Mother’s Day dinner. It was expensive but service was on point and everything was delicious.

My table was forgotten. Had to ask other workers to flag down my waiter. Sat in the front bottom level with a 2pm reservation. Ordered the Malafi, a Cold dessert, way in advanced. Waiter had to inform me twice that the kitchen was still preparing it and that orders are usually forgotten when brunch is over at 2:30. After eating most of our meal, the dessert took more than 30 minutes to be served. Our waiter was occupied or distracted that I had to flag down a bus boy to get spoons to eat the dessert. Since our waiter was elsewhere we had to wait additional 20 to pay my check. A nice lady ended up helping me pay my tab. Brunch may be over at 2:30, does not mean you are closed for customers who are still there.

Love this place ! Highly recommend If you don’t want to become a first-time addict , stay away from the gnocchi. It now calls for me in my dreams, begging me to come back for another taste. And of course, I do!

Our group of 10 became 11 by the time we arrived but was still seated promptly. We sat in the outside area, among the trees — so pretty! The staff was very attentive & friendly. The food was phenomenal — every dish was interesting and well executed!! We had a very good time celebrating our nephew’s graduation slash mother’s day that weekend — Love it!

Bacari Silverlake was one of the best brunches I’ve had. Coming from an hour and ten minutes away the expectations were very high and needless to say Bacari and their staff blew it out of the water. From the valet staff to the busser everyone was extremely delighted to be there at your service and to have a chat with you. The food is nothing less than delicious with amazing prices allowing you to try so many dishes. For the price of the tab I was shocked to realize that I could have that great of a dining experience. A special thank you to Bacari staff and a specific applause to the manager Camelia for the wonderful hospitality and introduction to the place. Will be back many more times.

Such great lighting!! The ambiance is everything and they made my birthday so special! It did take 20 minutes to get a drink but it was very busy so I’ll cut them some slack. The portions are smallish but tasty. Our waiter was super nice and I would recommend coming here for celebrations!

Charlie was wonderful. We will definitely be back. The recommendations were perfect and the food was wonderful. and the level of customer service was far beyond expectations especially since the restaurant was so busy. My husband and I had an insanely stressful week and it was so nice to end it on such a great note. Thank you 💕

I love Bacari and have been to 2 locations. Ambiance is spectacular! Food was delicious but seems like portions are getting smaller and smaller. Had a couple of disappointment moments, the chair! Geez Bacari, with as much as you charge, replace the chairs, mine was torn and my bottom just sank. Waiter forgot about my drink. Took a while to get it. Other than that, it's a fabulous place

I have reviewed Bacari before. We have been to three of them - Glendale (not our favorite), Sherman Oaks (new, nice, close to us), and Silver Lake (the best). We love its ambience and chose this Bacari for our anniversary. It's like sitting and eating in a tree in a woods. The food (tapas style - perfect for sharing) was, as usual, delicious. I was, however, disappointed with the absence of their outstanding polenta fries. I guess the menu varies seasonally. That very minor point aside, everything from the sea bass, to the pasta, to the broccoli, to the margherita pizza, to the mac 'n' cheese was outstanding. But what really stood out this time was the service. We have always been treated well by the staff, don't get me wrong. But this time we were greeted by the hostesses with glasses of Prosecco and seated at an outside table that was still very protected overhead. And our server, Ruby, was an absolute delight. Personable, funny, attentive, helpful, efficient, and engaging. Of all the times we have been to all of the Bacari's, Ruby stood out as the perfect server. We (my wife and I, as well as the other couple that we were with) can't praise her enough. She made what is usually an enjoyable evening's meal, a wonderful, memorable experience. Kudos to Bacari for their food (they even treated us to their delicious bread pudding for an anniversary dessert) and a huge thank you to Ruby, who has now become the standard to which we will measure all servers in any restaurant which we may frequent.

What a beautiful outdoor setting. It's like a beautiful, terraced treehouse! I googled beautiful outdoor brunch, and Bacari Silverlake was one of the options. My husband and I both enjoyed our brunch of egg pizza and vanilla cream french toast. Our server was energetic and pleasant, and the servers worked as a team to check on us and clear our plates. I live in Orange County and was there for a show at Hollywood Bowl, but I would definitely come again if I was in the area. I have already told friends about it.

Had a reservation for my birthday dinner at 9 pm (Friday) but we didn't get seated until 9:50. No apologies or compensation were offered until we spoke to management and they gave us a discount on the bill. The discount was great but it would've been nice if we didn't have to ask for it. How are you going to make people wait 50 minutes for a table and not think to offer some free drinks or something? The ambiance outside is pretty but the stairs to get to the upstairs seating area are very scary to do in heels. The food is good but nothing life-changing.

My husband and I dined here for a quiet celebration for my husband's birthday. Our experience could not have been better. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere charming and whimsical - we sat in the garden patio. They offer Prosecco on the house while you wait for your table. Yannick, the host who greeted us, was sweet and we had a fun conversation about his name. Despite all those wonderful things, the biggest standout was our server Ruby. She was so genuine and attentive. She even offered to grab my reading glasses from the valet parking lot. What server does that in the middle of a very busy shift? This is not hyperbole when I state she gave the best service we've ever had and we've had some terrific service over the years. A very big kudos to Ruby and the entire Bacari staff. We will most definitely be back!

The staff here are incredible - they each support each other to focus on the customer. I always loved The Cliff's Edge, and I'm pleased to say Bacari Silver Lake has carried the old ambience to a new level! Kuron and Jason (and the rest of the team) are warm, charming, knowledgeable - I can't say enough about them! Cool menu, great drinks, multi-level areas that feel private and distinct - we can't wait to go back!

Our server Ari was lovely, and the food is always excellent, but man was the kitchen slow last night. Ultimately it didn't take away from the experience and we weren't in a rush, but we did have to wait quite a long time for drinks, the gem salad, etc. Both the server and management were communicative and apologetic. Love you guys and would not hold this one experience against ya, especially because the place was packed!

This was my second time here and I've decided that Bacari Silverlake is never going to be a dinner restaurant option for me again. I will, however, hang out here again in the future when I want a very well done cocktail and perhaps one small dish as a snack. As implied their drinks are excellent, though $17 per cocktail is a bit much but hey, it's silverlake. Their food is solid but very underwhelming; just fine and that's it. Definitely not worth a $130 dinner when there are so many excellent LA restaurant out there for a similar price. I think the true value of this place is the ambience/vibes, which are excellent. They have a beautifully presented location that is backed up by excellent service on behalf of the staff. Last notes: this time I didn't realize until after I left that I was charged for a dish I never received. Very unfortunate. Also, I'm so sorry but it has to be said that there are rats in the trees nearby the upper balcony level seating. The seating areas are clean and speedily kept up by staff, but the rats appear to come in from outside via the trees. Normally this would 100% be a reason to never come back, but I really do believe that as long as you avoid those isolated sections of seating that you will be ok

We've been to Bacari over a dozen times. We brought another couple to celebrate a birthday. Food was cheered by all. Atmosphere makes me giddy as always! But this time service tripped and fell. We asked for salatim for the table before all plates, with an extra pita please. And we asked to split our order by couples so we mentioned the staging of small plates might be more complex. Maybe it was the kitchen's fault but the service was a mess. The salatim came at the end & with only three pita. Once all the pita was gone and we were digesting, waiter asked if we wanted dessert. I said not until the 4th pita was delivered. It came 10 minutes later. The food staging, well one couple was served 4 dishes almost at once and we got one dish. Staging was sporadic after that. Very not-Bacari which had been always carefully presented. At the end of dinner usually a manager asks if there were any problems. No one asked this time. This was our first service fail in over a dozen dinners so we will return, but sit elsewhere.
