We are a modern tea room in the heart of Downtown Denver and a perfect spot for bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, book clubs, and corporate events alike. Our space can accommodate up to 42 and can be rented for private events. While we have suggested tea party packages, each event is unique and we would love to opportunity to learn about what you have in mind.

Wonderful Mother’s Day tea for six. They were able to accommodate for the older mothers down to the 3 and 5 year old. Loved the tea varieties and food. A bit pricey, especially for the Prosecco, but overall a fun time.

We came for Mother’s Day. The service was incredibly slow which was very disappointing. Food and drinks were delicious, but I wish the service had been better.

Excellent service from booking to dining. Beautiful place and lovely staff really made my Mother's day. Delicious and well made sandwiches and baked treats served with wonderful tea selection. We were a party of 6; I'm looking forward to booking future special occasions! Well done!

Nice experience although loud, hectic and in need of AC. At $50 a person for some small finger food and leafs soaked in water, it’s a bit overpriced given you’re paying for a less than ideal experience. Most of the food was quite tasty, the tea was of high quality. To me afternoon tea should be an elegant special occasion that lives up to all the dreams of the little kid inside of all of us playing dress up and having tea with their teddies.

We have gone here multiple times and the price has been raised, the food is smaller and the service tucked. We had to ask 2 times for something 2 items. (Separate times) and had the service was lacking. The server didn't check on us at all the last 45 mins. For the price I paid I expected better service.

Overpriced and one server was a bit hostile. One server very nice. I expected more and it was just an ok experience for three people I spent 270 dollars for tea sandwiches and dessert w a few glasses of champagne. Ugh I don’t know. The atmosphere is just ok. Felt a little dirty. Not my cup of tea.

Delightful atmosphere and wonderful service. We had the afternoon tea, which had a lovely presentation. The tea sandwiches were good, and I loved the selection of teas. I did find the pricing to be exorbitant for what you received in the tea service spread. I would order from the a la carte menu next time.

Was a great experience. Went in or afternoon tea for my moms birthday and couldn’t have had a better time and experience. We tried the strawberry, butterscotch, cupids bow, and peach teas and they were all delightful. And the finder sandwiches- the flavors were so good. I’ll definitely come back again!! Well worth it

This place is such a vibe!! Every time someone from home comes to visit, I take them here. I love that the treats are themed with the season - everything is just delightful. Love seeing people in proper tea hats, just so cute!! Thank you, Babes!! I will miss you when I move home!

My mom and I went to Babe’s while she was visiting and we absolutely loved it! Our servers were very knowledgeable and were happy to answer all of her questions. Can’t wait to come back with friends.

SO disappointing. Was meant to be a special mom/daughter dual birthday celebration (my 3 year old daughter loves tea parties!) but this was anything but special. Full price for a 3 yr old and 5 yr old to eat two bites of food? Plus, the worst part was the service. Waited forever to be greeted, and once we were, the two girls who were our servers seemed really annoyed with us from the start. They were also so rude and pushy - one told my 5 year old son to stop talking when he was asking me a question about the tea strainer so she could explain the stupid sandwiches. Kaleb ended up unexpectedly taking over our table and was the only redeeming thing about this place. The other servers were so concerned with a table of “influencers” next to us we felt like we were a burden. So loud, so rude, so expensive, horrendous service, and an overall awful experience.

Overall the place was just okay. The tea was yummy and the sandwiches were too! The concept is honestly a great idea and we wished the location was a bit bigger. We realize there was difficulty with our large party as the numbers fluctuated, and a couple of the staff tried to accommodate. We were grateful for that! However, the two women on the phone who do the booking were extremely, extremely rude! And the staff was not remotely as friendly as they could’ve been. I have worked in the service industry for 16 years and have never felt like that in a place I am spending money from the collective staff. Our server did the best he could to cover up his annoyances, but overall the staff was not the warmest, or the friendliest group of people in the hospitality industry. Collectively, they made us all feel like we were a bother. It was such a bummer leaving and hearing all of my friends complain about how they felt about the treatment from the staff and the bad taste it put in everyone’s mouth. Customer should never be excited to leave one establishment to go to another to have a better experience. This place should be about experiences, as well as the tea and sandwiches/desserts. Overall, this was not the experience we were looking for. As an aside, we were grateful they had gluten-free options. I am certainly not wanting to leave reviews as I understand things happen having worked in the industry. But I do feel sometimes feedback is necessary. If any of us do decide to come back, I hope it’s better next time.

very compact and loud so it was hard to even hear people at our table or the wait staff. The food was okay, we had both gluten free and gluten options. So it was nice to have gluten free options.

Everything was perfect! Gluten free options were super yummy, just be aware it’s a relatively small place so reservations are needed and it’s a pretty high noise level. But food was amazing and staff were great!

I chose Babe’s Tea Room for a date with a new person. She had a lot of food allergies and they were great with accommodating those. The service was not rushed and not slow but just right! Their tea selection was amazing and we loved all 6 teas that we tried. The food was delicious and I loved how diverse the flavors were of the sandwiches and pastries. Plus there were a lot to choose from if you have dietary restrictions. It was easy to talk and get to know each other as the noise level was so quiet even with other guests in the restaurant. I could have lounged and drank tea all day! Will definitely go back.

We enjoyed Babes Tea Room very much and would return again. The savory items were delicious and we also enjoyed the chocolate dessert very much. We tried 8 different teas and that was fun and delicious.

My sister and I did the high tea option. The sandwiches, treats, and petit fours were all great! There were plenty of teas to choose from as well.

Had a great time celebrating a birthday, the staff was so accommodating for all dietary restrictions. Highly recommend!

Food and service was excellent. The only issue is that the noise level is very loud which can make conversation difficult.

Fabulous experience! The little finger sandwiches and treats were lovely, wonderful and knowledgeable staff, delicious teas and absolutely darling little shop. It was quite loud inside, but otherwise a great experience.
