They were very busy on the rooftop but we enjoyed our first visit. Understaffed but they got the job done and one of the employees actually smiled.

It’s super crowded after 5pm, The Host wasn’t accommodating, The Server was Terrible, and The Young Manager could care less and was totally inexperienced.. I visit here often but this visit will make me place some space In between.. I was highly disappointed this time! However, the food is always amazing!

My impossible burger was dry and over cooked. The baked potato was not cooked enough. It still had hard sections. The server was very accommodating and for that reason I will give them another shot.

Michael was an excellent server for our small group. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. The place has a nice relaxed vibe to it and we shall come again. Keep up the great work.

We have been to B&W many times and enjoyed the food and atmosphere. This visit was horrible. My burger had a piece of metal in the meat and my husband found it when he shared a bite of my meal. This could have been horribly dangerous had he not felt it in his mouth. It was thankfully large enough that he did not swallow it. However, there was still a large piece of metal in my burger. We told our server and they took the burger and the manager came by and brought a fresh burger. No apology, or anything. No, "Are you okay" nothing. He just brought more food that we did not want to eat at that point. Took the burger and some % off our bill but it was the lack of any response to the METAL in our food that caused the experience to be terrible for us. I am not sure we will be able to eat there again anytime soon. We also reported the incident to the health department.

The burgers were terrible. Very poor quality meat that was full of gristle. All three of us ordered our burgers medium and two of three were well done. We will not return.

I've been here 3 or 4 times since they opened and I haven't had a bad experience. The food and service has always been great! I usually get the Impossible burger, grouper, or salmon. And now I see they've hired Richie...smart move!
