Had brunch with my family on Sunday. Food was very good, service was fine but not up to the standards of the food, and the restaurant was pretty noisy. Will definitely be back for dinner on another occasion.

The Groth Wine Dinner was a phenomenal event. The Groth Wines, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, and cabernet sauvignons (1999, 2020, 2019 Reserve, and Oakcross) were perfectly paired with dishes by B&B team. It was absolutely delightful to be able to speak with Suzanne Groth, the second generation proprietor of the Groth Winery. Thank you for a remarkable evening of food and wine.

A bit overpriced even for special occasions. Early reservation & arrived to an empty front dining room. Seated in the rear middle with a view of the kitchen doors. One other party of four arrived and was seated beside us in front of the kitchen doors. Server was superb and knowledgeable. Food-steaks classicx2 were over cooked and one undercooked. Cheesecake was delicious. Carrot cake lacked flavor and was disappointing.

This was my fifth time having a meal at your establishment. My first time was midday and was incredible. My second time, was also quite good. I just had my birthday there April 10 and it was such a good experience. However, last night I took my mother for the second time and we were placed against the wall with very little light and felt we were left a bit in the lurch at times. My mom’s T-bone was overcooked, tasted burnt. My steak was fat too rare. Now if you look at our selection you may be tempted to think we got what we ordered, but medium-rare has a portion of the middle red but not all. Normally, my experience is great. I guess we just hit a bad night. We love the place and will order the long bone steak next time.

Service was really rude and cold to us - tossing menus on our table, and would cut me off when I was trying to make friendly conversation. Our Waiter clearly wanted to get out of there as soon as possible, and threw all grace to the wind. Really disappointing especially because it was $200 for a steak that wasn’t cooked properly and a pasta.

Awesome food and service. They have the best calamari with some very tasty marinara sauce. The filet is cooked perfectly and any veggie side is good. The service and ambiance is great, also ask for Britney for your server.

Food was good, service was great, pricing much higher than remembered — because of the pricing I would rate the value good not great - Brian the waiter was excellent though - atmosphere very nice -

We were visiting Houston and some in our party were hungry for a good steakhouse. First of all the restaurant itself is in the most wonderful location and then you walk in and it has a wonderful ambiance. We knew we had picked a great restaurant! Then after deciding on appetizers and main entrees we were sold! Absolutely melt in your mouth from beginning to end. The bread with three butters, the bacon sampler- wonderful!! I ordered the crab cakes and sautéed spinach - such flavor! The steak and salmon ordered by the others was amazing. We definitely be dining at this steakhouse on our next trip to Houston!

Took my hubby for dinner, the food was all so amazing. The Brussel sprouts were the best I’ve ever had and the ricotta appetizer was so so good. My husband enjoyed his beef Wellington and the loaded mashed potatoes were perfect. The drinks were ok but were so full of ice that you barely got any cocktail (maybe 2-3 oz) and they’re $16-20 each!! I get that it is some what upscale but give me value for that too, eek! The service was great and our waiter was very nice but too soft spoken for how loud it was so I had to repeat myself and ask him twice about stuff. They packed the space they have with tables, so it’s hard to feel special or intimate because our table for 2 was so close to another couples that I could hear every conversation they were having pretty clearly. All in all our total for dinner and drinks and dessert was $220 pre-tip but for the experience and food/drink quality I feel pricing would have made more sense at $160/80. I would come back but I’d skip the cocktails because they’re not good enough to pay that much for a couple sips.

This was our first time to B&B. We were not disappointed. Everything was fantastic from the bread and 3 butters to the steak and martinis. Loved the vibe and the two bar areas to have a pre-dinner cocktail. Service was top notch. Overall a wonderful dining experience. Made my 60th bday extra special. Can’t wait to return.

Service was excellent as always. They addressed me by name and were prompt and courteous. The table was a bit too small, and the assistant servers were not totally confident in their role. The main manager visited during our dining experience and was happy we had chosen their establishment. The dinner/ food was wonderful.

We had a lovely waiter Armando— he was fantastic! Unfortunately steak was clearly overcooked first and second time then a raw filet was brought out—- this can happen but the attitude of the GM (seems like he was also the sommelier that night) was frankly insulting. Despite our great waiter we will not be back as there are plenty of amazing steak places in Houston with great everything.
