It was very loud. Too loud to talk easily. A bummer. Having just gone to the original Avec location, this was just not as good. Felt less special and the plates were less thoughtful. Food was overall good but not amazing.

We ate/sat at the bar so more low key but the food is incredible. Very approachable and great wine program and the Som was super nice and very helpful. Some really cool bottles that you don't see often or at all and not crazy priced.

Had a great time celebrating our anniversary at Avec! Every dish we had was delightful and we were well attended to. Half off wine bottles on Tuesdays so I'm glad our anniversary fell on a Tuesday!

Celebrated my birthday here over the busy Memorial Day weekend. The hostess was charming and welcoming. The ambience was wonderful, beautiful lighting. However delicious the food was and it was, the service was spotty and inattentive. The rotating wait staff tho many in number, ignored us. The waitress seemed surprised that our desserts weren’t delivered to us. The manager became aware of the situation and very kindly comped us our entire meal! So gracious and so caring! WOW! Great food, and clearly this place usually delivers high quality service. Thank you!

Interesting food, but parts of the service were very uninspired. Several rude sneers at the bar and even at the dinner table behind our backs for normal requests. Not sure why some of the staff is so upset about working here but unfortunately this keeps this place from anything on par to a high quality, polished restaurant.

The food is always good here. The reason for the 4/5 rating this time was because the mushroom pizza was way too spicy. Way too many hot peppers on there. Could have done without them altogether.

My friends and I visited Avec for brunch today, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The hostess was not welcoming, which set the tone for the rest of our visit. While the first round of drinks was excellent, the service quickly went downhill from there. We ordered several dishes, but it took 40 minutes for the first one (hummus) to arrive. Then, it took an additional 15 minutes for our server to bring a side of veggies one of our party members ordered instead of pita. We had to wait another 30 minutes for the next dish. After our server checked on us when the last dish arrived, he disappeared for over 40 minutes. I wanted to order another side of pita, but by the time our server reappeared, the restaurant was already closing and my friends had finished their meals. Nobody offered us a dessert menu, even though it was my friend's birthday. I understand they were closing, but this wouldn’t have been an issue if our server had checked on us more frequently and if our food hadn’t taken so long to arrive. Our water was refilled only once, and we couldn't order more drinks because our server was nowhere to be found. Honestly, this was the worst service we’ve ever experienced. We felt incredibly unwelcome. It’s a shame because we were very excited and the food was amazing. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Avec due to the poor service.

The food wasn't quite as spectacularly scrumptious as the first time we ate here (August 2023), but it was still very good, and our server (Walter) was fantastic!

We always enjoy Avec. The food is fantastic, the service is great. All the servers are super friendly. It extremely noisey inside. We are glad they have opened their outside space. We eat there all year, but the summer is always more pop a treat.
