The Lychee Strawberry Brioche looked amazing and tasted just as great. Loved this spot for brunch before attending a show at the Capitol Theatre.

Having previously enjoyed positive experiences at Auvers, I eagerly brought my overseas friend for a dinner outing. However, our recent visit left us deeply disappointed. The portion sizes were surprisingly small, leaving us feeling unsatisfied. To make matters worse, our barramundi dish was undercooked. We promptly informed the staff and returned the dish to the kitchen. However, our disappointment only grew when we discovered that the kitchen had simply reheated the original fish and claimed it was a new serving. Disheartened by the lack of attention to detail and quality, we ultimately canceled our order and left Auvers with a sense of great disappointment. Overall, I cannot recommend Auvers for a satisfying dining experience.

We have a booking at 1.30pm but unable to make it so we went to Auvers at 10am in case we are able to dine early or just cancel. We were asked to wait on a wobbly table to check available table. Later we were given the menu. I requested to be teansferred under the awning where 2 tables were available and was told it was reserved. So we dealt with the wobbly table. We finished our meal but nobody sat under the awning. Twerrible service for Asians. Btw, food is so-so and I don’t recommeny wasting money on this resto.

太咸了，所有的食物都很咸。。。。。。。。。。另外海鲜海鲜不是特别新鲜。下次不会再去光顾这家店了。

Food is very average and service is slow. It’s not worth trying for we have had much better brunch in other cafes in the past. We won’t go back.

Booked Christmas lunch for 2:45 and was told at 2:47 that last orders had passed and that we couldn’t add anything more to our order. Very disappointing seeing as it was supposed to be our main Christmas dinner. Waiter said they didn’t phone us about last orders time because our contact number wasn’t Aussie number - poor excuse and they could have emailed us. Overall the servers didn’t have any energy, passion or desire to help customers. It’s a shame as the food did look pretty good.

Booked for an outdoor seating but we were inside because ‘there is no availability outside, to crowded’. Our food was not good, we were hungry when we get out of the place.

Starters/tapas were great. Ordered the mac n cheese croquettes, corn fritters, and beef tartare. All were quite delicious and had us excited to try the mains. The mushroom risotto was served generously but lacked some flavour! The sirloin was quite disappointing. Kitchen had sliced the meat too thick (~2 inches) and because the steak was quite chewy, it was difficult to cut the meat into smaller edible pieces. The sirloin was also quite dry and tasted like korean bulgogi. The croquettes placed underneath the steak was not a good idea. They were soggy when discovered after eating the steak so they were not pleasant to eat. Would have been better if they were placed to the side. The enoki mushrooms were a nice addition, but I personally did not like the peanut oil taste (not sure if it was cooked in this oil) as it tasted quite salty. The batter on the enoki was also quite thick. I had tried the fried enoki mushrooms at other restaurants (e.g. V Lounge in Canley Heights) and they were more pleasant to eat as the batter was thinner. Overall a mid first experience. Servers were very polite. Kitchen was quick to make the food.

the barramundi was row, prawn tacos corn shell was cold, and supposed to be put in the oven for 2 minutes or use a soft tortilla.

Our second time here and it would be the last Cocktails very nice , food was ok bit service was non existent Waited forever to order , then food arrived but no cutlery, no napkins We had to go and look for it ourselves
