Austin's American Grill is the quintessential taste of Colorado. With three great Fort Collin's locations-one in the heart of Old Town, another on Harmony Road and one in Greeley, we'll have you wondering why mom's food never tasted so good and when you can come back for more. Savory roasts and chicken cooked over an open flame in our front-of-the-house rotisserie. All-natural buffalo seasoned to perfection. Cornbread baked in iron skillets with honey butter.     Had a lovely lunch in the large outdoor seating spaces on Mountain. The restaurant itself is well maintained and comfortable. The service is outstanding and the food is quite good for standard American faire. Solid choice for a business or family meal!

    Great food and drinks. Great Happy Hour prices. I had a salad with Chicken added and my husband had the bison meatloaf entree.

    Austins is a nice place to go to dinner with friends. I rate the food as average and this rating is because at least 1/3 of my Prime Rib was just Fat and the Bread Pudding was very dry. Portions were good too. It would be a nice place to go in the summer and sit outside to people watch.

    Great Plates dinner was excellent. Folks had the prime rib and salmon dishes. Both were very good. Salmon was moist and excellent sauce on top.
