Welcome to Aurum Food & Wine Aspen Snowmass! We’re honored to be a part of the Aspen and Snowmass Base Village communities. We're excited to sharing our brand of enlightened hospitality - offering a classic take on Seasonal New American Cuisine. Located slope-side on Carriage Way, this elegantly casual space offers a luxurious lounge, intimate indoor dining, and outdoor patio with two large fire pits, and a private dining room for parties with up to 16 guests.

We had a wonderful dinner here with our party of eight… It’s definitely pricey, but the food is worth it. The service was amazing. It wasn’t loud or crowded and we had two young children with us and they had booster seats and high chairs… Overall, we would definitely die here again it’s going to be one of our go to places Snowmass!

Shared several plates and enjoyed everything. Staff was helpful and on top of things. More pricey than some other meals but it was a nice experience.

They started vacuuming and sweeping up all around our table, despite the fact that we had an 8:00 PM reservation. Our waiter was very good, but every other employee that interacted with us seemed to be annoyed and hate their job. The dining room was mostly empty, as it is a very overpriced restaurant, and I’m pretty sure they never get repeat customers.

Really enjoyed our meal here and so glad we discovered this place! We used to feel like dining options for a nicer meal were kind of limited in Snowmass but we had a great experience here! All of the staff was super friendly, the ambience was very nice, and the food was excellent. We will definitely be coming back when we return to Snowmass!

The service has gotten better and very attentive. Its a tag team system and keeps it streamlined. The food was great however its very pricey but its Snowmass!!

Great food and cocktails. The “kitchen appreciation fee” is ridiculous and should be disclosed ahead of time. They also tagged the check with 22% gratuity.

Been here a couple times so felt like we’ve collected enough data for an objective review. The Breck location is way better. Sat at the bar and the bartender (self-proclaimed sommelier) adamantly recommended weird wines we both hated. We’re not picky. The food was ok, not memorable. I dislike when upscale restaurants serve tiny fancy dishes and add rich/heavy ingredients rather than good flavor. Left feeling bloated yet unsatisfied with a $120 bottle of crappy to-go wine.

We very much enjoyed our onion burgers. our Korean chicken, the lamb chops and the beet salad. Our server was wonderful. They may be a little short staffed thus the four stars.

Very fast service. My wife loved the trout, and I really liked the Moroccan chicken. Good overall menu in a nice setting. Decent wine list. Meal for two (with wine) was $300. Expensive, but it’s Aspen.

The Korean chicken wings are very good, spicy but not over the top. The seared Tuna was not very good though. Tasted mild fishy and have had much better at other places. The cauliflower was not great as the flavors were not good. Prices were high. To charge $70 for a steak seemed extreme and glad I didn't get it as the other dishes we got were not impressive. Cocktails were good. I've been there twice in two years but won't be going back.

Server was very nice, Bianca for lunch fine but room itself is noisy. 2 food issues 1. Someone in group order the beat salad with side of steak (it was listed as 6oz on menu. Was barely a 3 oz piece) 2. Group ordered the hot chocolate chip cookie desert. Nice cookie but hard to find any chocolate in it. Tasty but needed to have more chocolate in it. Overall meal was well prepared, tasty great and came out in a timely fashion. Would recommend dining there.

We really loved Aurum! Service was outstanding as was the food. Korean bbq chicken was delicious—my son loved the burger and we all enjoyed the cauliflower and other apps. The fresh cookies were sooo good! Aurum turns out to be one of our favorite places in Snowmass and Aspen. Well done to management, servers and kitchen staff!

No one at the host stand to greet us. When host finally arrived, even though we stated we had a confirmed reservation with a $50 per person credit card hold, we were told we could “sit anywhere “ in the bar area. Service from waiter was distracted and minimal at best. He presented the incorrect check at the beginning of dessert. Food wise, salmon was overdone; lamb was underdone; potatoes were gluey, although the Parker House rolls were nice. Overall lack of attention to detail—no spoons for the tea and coffee, no plates for dessert, etc. What a disappointing experience for such a big tab. There are far, far better places for the money in Snowmass.

Probably our favourite restaurant on our recent trip to Aspen Snowmass. Every dish was delicious and the atmosphere/ decor in the restaurant is also spot on. Would highly recommend.

Server was great, food was decent, however they charged us the same price for a bottle of wine with a newer vintage than what was listed and declined to discount the bottle they brought. It wasn’t until we complained to the manager on the way out that he somewhat understood why this is not acceptable.

First time visit but not the last! Everything exceeded our expectations. Started with Hummus, Curried Cauliflower and Bison/Elk Chili. All were outstanding. Followed up with Trout, French Onion Burger, and Grilled Chicken on a gluten-free roll. No leftovers! Upscale service, environment, and of course, food.

Everything in Snowmass is expensive but we felt the quality and quality of the food and drinks were very good. I do wish the they had an option to the $30 glass of Chardonnay. It would be great to have a $15-20 choice. Our server, Steve, was amazing! We will be back!

Great service, foods are good too. I got the Christmas menu of prime rib that came with Brussel sprouts, mashed potato and green beans and that was so good! it is recommended!
