Join us at Aunt Jake's Upper East Side for our Pasta Making Class & 3-course pasta menu! The cost is $60 per person for pasta instruction and the prefix meal. We require a $10 per person non-refundable deposit.
The entire experience is approximately 3 hours.

Aunt Jake's was founded in 2015, as the company set out to replicate the idyllic, simplistic cuisine we grew up to enjoy. However, we wanted to create Italian food for the “next” generation. The idea was to develop an Italian concept around the customer’s choice of how to eat pasta compared to how the restaurant wanted you to eat it. With that in mind, Aunt Jake’s core mission is to bring high-quality fresh ingredients daily to craft our handmade pasta and sauces health-consciously. The customer can mix and match sauce with shape and create a custom dish of their own.

    "HOW TO MAKE PASTA" CLASS & 3-COURSE MENU Learn how to make pasta in this immersive and exciting new experience at Aunt Jake's, a beloved neighborhood gem! Our dedicated instructors will take you on a journey to learn those shapes may have eaten before, but never made by hand. After the class, indulge in a delicious 3 course prefix dinner. From start to finish the class and dinner are 2.5-3 hours. We require a $10 per person non-refundable deposit. ****If you need to reschedule or cancel the reservation, your $10 deposit will be forfeited**** For best results, please use the OpenTable mobile app to book. Third party facilitators will be charged full price for no shows.

    The pasta experience was the fun part but thought it was going to be smaller and in a more interment setting The post food service after was mediocre unfortunately. The carbonara sauce was pretty bland with minimal taste. The pasta element though was delicious and fresh. The meatballs were also pretty dry Our server sat us at a big table where my girlfriend and I were sandwiched between two large groups and could barely hear the other talk It was an overall enjoyable experience making pasta but do think certain elements of the class and food can be enhanced

    Pasta class and the instructors were a lot of fun. The meal afterwards was disappointing. The pasta carbonara was pure peppered salt water with a few peas and chunks of fatty bacon thrown in.

    I had a great experience during the pasta making class, it was very easy to follow along. The food and drinks were very good as well.

    Wonderful evening! The pasta making experience was well planned, informative and fun. It’s a small space, but the layout and ambience was excellent. Our dinner was delicious, and I can’t wait to make the pasta we made and brought home. Excellent value for the price, I’d recommend it to anyone!!

    This pasta class was not very helpful in learning how to make pasta, if that’s what you’re going for. You’re not taught how to roll them into sheets, or make the sauces either. So it’s not exactly a full course. You are served food but the pasta itself was not very tasty. I probably expected a different experience and this may be enough for most folks. It’s a fun date night for folks who don’t cook very much. The tiramisu and burrata are excellent. We waited very long for our food though so that wasn’t fun. The class was just about making the dough and making some shapes and that’s it. I cook very often so I was looking to learn a lot of things from the class, which I did not. I’m not sure if this is worth $60 a pop.

    Loved it! Not only an activity which is pretty robust but delicious meal follows a fun pasta making process.

    Great experience!! I thought it was going to be a pasta noodle and sauce making class but it actually just making the noodle and shape.
