Our brunch at Audubon Clubhouse was delicious and I can’t wait to go back for dinner now that they are not just opened for lunch.

We were looking for a quiet outdoor venue reasonably priced. Food was fine. I had a chicken with waffle crouton salad. My Chardonnay was the best I had in New Orleans.

The setting is just spectacular. Peaceful and charming. We just had a few nibbles -- they were very good (although when I order a club sandwich I want 3 pieces of toast and cut in 4ths! -- I'm a traditionalist). Great happy hour. Lovely staff. We'll be back often!

Shrimp and grits were extremely disappointing and tasted like canned tomato sauce with a few shrimps. The redfish was delicious and perfectly cooked but the spinach accompaniment was mostly garlic and inedible. Kitchen needs some serious editing.

Our server,Rachel, was excellent! Attentive to our needs/requests. Polite and respectful. Tables spaced far enough apart that we could talk freely and not hear conversations from tables near ours. Pretty decor. Extremely clean. Will return.

The serving of both red and white wine questionable amount. Told it is a large glass looks small but they did top off the glasses.

This was our first dinner at the Clubhouse - after many delightful lunches there. We arrived at 7, and had a splendid view (from the porch) of the sky at sunset, the magnificent oaks and the golf course's fountain. Perfect weather to sit outside! I ordered one of the special vodka drinks - on the rocks. My husband ordered his Scotch on the rocks. My drink was served straight up in a stemmed glass. His came with just the Scotch - with a glass of ice on the side. I sent mine back to have my drink on the rocks - ON ice! As did my husband. Mine came back in the same stemmed glass with ice in it. My daughter ordered another special tequila drink - It came in a nice old-fashioned glass with lots of ice, and looked proper - delicious. Not sure what'd going on in the bar (which is most attractive), but it needs improving! There were few people there besides ourselves so it was not a matter of being overly busy! Appetizers were delicious - the deviled eggs were special. The tuna tartare needed soy sauce which was provided. All enjoyed their dinner choices except for me. Two had the Cobb salad - one with fried oysters, the other with grilled shrimp. Good choices. Another had the red snapper which he enjoyed. I wanted something different from my fave lunch dishes, and ordered the tuna and quinoa salad. The quinoa was exceptionally spicy - inducing tears and coughing. The tuna was standard and the green salad okay. I would not order it again. All in all these are minor complaints. We'll go again, and I'll order better! It remains the loveliest place to dine - and the safe and convenient parking is a real plus.

Our sever Lacey was wonderful and worked very hard. It is a lovely location and a beautiful view! Unfortunately, our order took almost an hour to come out of the kitchen for breakfast food. And most of it was cold when we got it. I’m sure the kitchen was just overwhelmed. But I will definitely try it again.

Good cocktails, but took forever. Crab cakes were too salty to eat. One egg poached perfectly, the other like a hard boiled egg. Requested inside dining, but tried to put us outside. Beautiful place, but expect more from anyone, but especially the Brennans. And at Brennan’s prices.

The renovation is excellent. The location and view is incredible. The food was quite good and was fair match to the cost. The service was OK... but then again service post-covid is always a little spotty. The bar was understaffed and drinks took a long time. I ordered a Sazerac twice.... and neither time did I get one. This is the most surprising thing. Any bartender in new orleans knows how to make a sazerac. So.... I am sure they will get this settled out. But overall... this is a great place to try.... but maybe bring your own Sazerac? ;-)

Everything went wrong from the time we entered to the time we left. We were told we were early and then were left standing on the front porch for 10 minutes while many other people were seated. Our appetizers disappeared and we waited much longer than we should have for food. We were seated under an air conditioning duct that was operating at jetstream level and were refused the right to move until the manager came to our table to apologize about the long delay. We kept our tempers and when we left, I said softly "I know you haven't been open long but you can do better." I hope they step up- it is a beautiful spot.

Excellent restaurant! They have just reopened under the new management. We went for lunch and had shrimp and grits, the hamburger and the club sandwich. Food was fantastic! Real roasted turkey on the club. Quinten, our waiter, was so nice. And both the manager and the chef came by to see how our meal was. We sat outside and the view is spectacular. They have redone the inside and it is so lovely. Highly recommend!

The new Audubon Clubhouse exceeds expectations. We've always loved the gorgeous setting on the golf course - surrounded by ancient oaks. We enjoyed sitting on the wide veranda, but were disappointed with the food. Now the menu offerings are more tempting, and the beautifully served lunch is delicious. Some favorites are: the Cobb salad (with a side of fried oysters!), the waffle and fried chicken salad, the tuna tartare (I'd like to add soy sauce!), the hamburger, fried oyster sandwich, turtle soup!, avocado toast, and that sweet potato cake! The Clubhouse is our new favorite - and will be yours too! And now open for dinner! Easy parking, and excellent service.

Super nice waitress who may have been overwhelmed…took awhile to get our drink order we ordered sparkling and got spring..she quickly brought is sparkling ..then we waited a while to be able to give our order....manchego fries were soggy, not hot and the cheese was clumped, not melted, on top..the green goddess dip was very good..I asked for bread..never got any..asked for salad dressing on the side..it was not and the salad was swimming in dressing…my friends fries were soggy and not hot that came with her burger…we waited on the kitchen staff for a sorbet that arrived half melted..at least that was not charged..this is a great venue though pricey..$19 for a salad that came with three disks of avocado…I think they will have to up their game and rise to the standard of a typical Brennan family restaurant

My oyster sandwich was very good and my husband’s seared red fish was very good , they sat us on the patio , it was lovely but it took them a long time to give us our drinks, a man ( maybe from the kitchen) came out and went over the menu and recommended many things. Extremely nice and enjoyed his humor . Then took forever to get a bill, so we went to the bar, and they didn’t know who served us. I think the restaurant is not prepared for many people but I think by the time we return it should be better. Food is much better than the last two years and sitting on the patio was absolutely lovely and quiet. I would recommend this quaint restaurant under the oak trees

Beautiful atmosphere, service was pretty slow, especially considering that the restaurant was not crowded. It recently reopened under new management, and I'm hoping with time it improves to the level of Brennan's restaurant. I'd love to be able to go regularly, but will give it a month or two before going back

Wow! We watched the eclipse out front of the Clubhouse then had a fun and delicious meal on the back porch. Our server was amazing and adorable! The rest of the staff were great! We hosted 2 friend-couples and we were all blown away on all measures. Finally, no disappointments and we could hear eachother. Food served masterfully. It was delicious and beautiful!!! Bravo!!!!!!

I’ve been here before just for the setting. The porch etc is really lovely. But I never much loved it because the food was never all that. Tried it again after hearing that it had been taken over and was SO glad I did. Hugely improved. A nice menu (nothing crazy fancy, but solid and good - omg the fried deviled eggs were amazing - very fresh greens and healthier options etc) and good service too. At last there is food worthy of the pretty setting. Bravo!

I had the oan roasted oysters $18.00 4 oysters one if them way too chewy in a spicy orange broth! Wouldn’t order them again. Fried deviled eggs, 2eggs (4pieces) $9.00 meh!! Our other guests had the Quiche and said it was good and the Burger which looked ok. The worst thing about my dish the oysters is, it came with a piece of sour dough baguette! Why on earth would you serve this tough doughy bread to suck up that broth when you have the best bread in the world right here!!! Dickie, call Dong Fong or Leidenheimer’s Risings, Zips, even Rouses’ bread is better!! Anyway they just opened a few weeks ago so hopefully they’ll change a few things!! H

The venue is beautiful overlooking the Audubon Golf Course with indoor and outdoor seating. The waitstaff was friendly and did a great job! We had the Cobb salad with sugared andouille sausage, pecans, hard boiled eggs and avocado with a spicy appetizer oyster bake for lunch. Both were delicious! We will be back!

Very beautiful atmosphere! Went for Easter brunch and while all the selections told weren’t out we still enjoyed all they had to offer. Would love to see a bottomless option here soon! Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful setting and excellent service. All staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Very clean facility. I would like to see a more expanded menu. Maybe a shrimp po boy up in addition to oyster? Chicken and waffle salad was excellent, as was the burger. The shrimp and grits were not the traditional dish you’d expect and was not as good. The fried deviled eggs were great.

Excellent lunch with family featuring the best hamburger I've ever experienced. Not sure if it was the Gruyere cheese, or the fried onion straws or the 6-ounce patty. The service priovided by Ambrelle was outstanding. Two thumbs up!

This venue has perhaps the best view in the city. Looking out at the oak trees on the golf course is so nice. The lunch menu is good and the service was excellent.

Perfect place to have a run n brunch. We did 4 miles around audubon park and them had a lovy brunch. The food quality was great. The crab cakes were mostly crab and not all breading. The english muffin was crispy and tasted freshly made. Everything was quality.

We had excellent service by Michael. It's a beautiful restaurant with gorgeous views of the golf course and the beautiful oaks. I ordered the turtle soup. It was good but not the best I have ever had. It wasn't as good as Commanders. The Cobb salad was good, but there wasn't a lot of it. My friend had the Caesar salad which she said was a little lackluster.

Had no crab, though that wasn’t mentioned until after we ordered it. Cobb salad is not a Cobb salad, missing many key ingredients. Deviled eggs and dip trio were both good. Coffee was great. Bloody Mary’s were good. It was very loud in there, most likely due to the high ceiling. Our young waiter was great, though he had never heard that there was coffee without chicory only in the restaurant, to our benefit.

Beautiful place. Super hard to find if you use the address that is provided. The food was great, although $31 for a little bit of salad with some steak seems a bit pricey. the service was OK. Our server didn't come across as terribly experienced. He really struggled to open a bottle of wine, which resulted in him breaking the glass, having to get another bottle and having the bartender open it. He was ok, not terribly friendly. Overall, we'll be back.
