Inspired by the incredibly fresh and flavorful seafood restaurants of Spain & Portugal, Atlántico is the third restaurant from Chef Michael Serpa. Atlántico's menu showcases the highest quality local and imported Spanish & Portuguese seafood alongside a highly curated beverage menu featuring wines of Spain & Portugal, as well as coastal inspired cocktails.

Evoking warm, seaside charm in a welcoming, bright South End space, Atlántico's dining room has soaring windows looking out to the neighborhood as well as the restaurant’s large patio. Casual enough for weekend brunch with the family and elegant enough for a special night out.

Offering Dinner 7 days a week, Lunch on Fridays and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays starting at 11:30am in Boston's Historic South End.

This was my first time at Atlantico, and I will definitely be back. The food was delish and the service was outstanding. Our server gave us a fabulous hamachi amuse bouche and was so friendly and attentive that we felt that we were the most important people in the room.

We only spend like 30min there, at first we ordered a bottle of sparkling water, that we couldn’t drink, because the glasses were smelly, when we try to order our drinks, the server didn’t know anything about the menu so she couldn’t give a recommendation, so we just decided to go somewhere else instead. The service was vey poor, wouldn’t go back or recommend this place

Disappointing Mother’s Day brunch. They had a prix fixe menu experience with a reposted menu. The menu stated lobster eggs Benedict, which I knew both I and my wife would love. Unfortunately when we arrived it was changed to a lobster salad. As the second table in the restaurant, I asked if there was anyway we could have the lobster Benedict that was posted, our waitress asked the chef, and he said it would be too busy to serve Benedicts. No apology was made and nothing was done to acknowledge the error. In general, the food quality has been hit or miss of late. Which probably explains why they were under half full when we finished at 12:30.

We were a party of 11 for a graduation dinner and tried everything from oysters and clams through halibut to paella. Service was personable and non-invasive, the ambiance was great, the food and presentation were excellent and the price was reasonable (for a Boston seafood restaurant). Very happy about our choice!

We had an early lunch/brunch. This place is clearly an overlooked gem. The food quality was lovely and portion size was good. The staff was kind, attentive and very patient with our two young children. The cauliflor and Batatas bravas were standouts as well as the wild mushroom omelet.

Unfortunately pretty mid at best. Not one bad dish but not one really good one either. Service fine but seemed stretched thin with early dinner rush. Then place pretty empty. Too expensive to be this forgettable.

I booked this restaurant just the day before during the busy hours without a problem. I was running behind 30 mins and they accommodated the late arrival. I got there and the restaurant was not even 1/2 full. I was surprised to see that on a Thursday night. The food was pretty good, not great. The bill was much higher than i was expecting. Somewhat do to ordering several drinks (expensive and small). But, what really got me was they they included the gratuity plus the operations fee. It was 20%, which is what i would have given them anyway. There was only 2 of us. Not a big party. I think it is very presumptive of them to just tack on the gratuity.

Liked the atmosphere, menu selection was good, particularly if you like seafood. Service was very good, liked our waiter. Only gripe is the "mandatory 20% tip". I think the idea of what tips are for has gotten out of hand. I routinely tip 20 plus for good service, food, etc. as I know these guys rely on it to make decent money. I don't like having it forced on me, it's not right and it's a turn-off.

We had a spot at the bar for two. The bartender was very friendly and made sure our service was great. Drinks are well priced for Boston and very flavorful. The small plates are amazing. We had the clams and chorizo which really stood out. The sauce was so tasty, we had to ask for bread to enjoy it more! Will definitely return.

The restaurant was really nice, we didn't have to wait to be seated. The waitstaffs were very nice and helpful when ordering from the menu. Every dish we ordered were really delicious. I personally love the Grilled Octopus, Calamari and red beet salad, the drinks were divine 😋. I think is a neighborhood gem . Definitely will come back.

Only challenge is limited parking. Maybe could work something out with neighboring business to make some parking spaces available. Off street parking has a tied limitation of 2 hours.

Food and service was good. They automatically add an administrative fee and 20% tip on top of prices that are relatively high even though it was just 2 of us. I think if you are going to markup everything just put in the price so readers understand the actual pricing. Tipping should be up the customer not restaurant and administrative fee is ridiculous.
