Atlantic Grill, located near Lincoln Center, Central Park and Columbus Circle, has reopened with a new look, feel and menu from Monte Carlo Hospitality Group and Michelin-starred Chef Antonio Salvatore. Under their guidance, Atlantic Grill’s refreshed menu aims to please previous regulars and new guests alike.
The restaurant continues to celebrate the freshest seafood from the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea, the finest cuts of meat and local seasonal produce with Chef Antonio’s signature Mediterranean flare and nods to dishes and ingredients located in or near other major global bodies of water.
On view is an abundance of fresh fish displayed on ice are showcased through the raw bar or sushi bar selections. An emphasis on a “catch of the day” program affords Chef the opportunity to present the day’s item in various ways including sashimi, ceviche, grilled, and more.

After explaining dietary restrictions to the staff and requesting a seemingly simple vegetable substitution we were told that they don’t “substitute”. The simple request was for a side accompaniment of roast potatoes that was on the menu as the accompaniment to a chicken dish. Wouldn’t do it. The head waiter did send a side order of steamed vegetables ultimately. The fish we ordered were over cooked. The wait staff were gracious enough.

Wonderful time as always!! Seafood is always fresh and everything every time is delicious! Highly recommend!!

Pretty setting and convenient to Lincoln Center. Food was fine but service was very disappointing. It was not only slow but wrong entree brought out. Ran out of pre-theatre dessert and waited an inordinate period of time to let us know. We had already paid and needed to leave for our show. No offer to adjust bill that included two desserts. All in all, a very disappointing experience.

A beautiful lovely place to dine. The menu though good could use more choices, especially light main courses.

Not crowded but incredibly slow and inattentive service. Arrived on time and advised we had to make a performance in an hour and 45 minutes but still took 25 minutes and multiple requests to get menus and order. All courses were slow . Requested check during main course and again multiples times. Had to leave before finishing dessert. Ridiculous when more than half the tables were empty. Guess now we know why.

We had a six o’clock reservation and 7:30 theater tickets. We barely got to the theater on time because service was terribly slow! Food ok but not worth the stress. We told the hostess and the server about our theater time. They didn’t seem to care!

First time we are there under new ownership. Excellent meal. Pretty quiet. Will definitely return!

Pre theatre is an excellent value. Loved the Greek yogurt dessert with honey and pistachios.
