The Chef's Table is an experience created for 8 or 10 guests. At Asador Bastian we are excited to offer our Chef's Table; a one of a kind experience. Our Chef's Table is located directly across from our kitchen where you will have a full view of our world class chefs at work creating the dishes that make our restaurant so unique. A $235 per person ticket which in includes A nose to tail journey of pintxos featuring our butcher's favorite cuts of the Black Wagyu. Some highlights will be the Wagyu Cutlet sandwich, Consomme of Oxtail with summer truffles, Crudo of Beef Heart y & Wagyu Beef Tongue Tataki .
