I’ve been here a few times and only to the bar. The dinner experience was okay. Orange wine was excellent! I think it just got really busy and the team was overwhelmed and didn’t check in after we ordered. Not ideal service.

Went for Mother’s Day as I’d heard about this place through various websites. They tried to seat my husband, my toddler and I at a small two seat table which was way too small when there was a generous four seat table right next to it. They finally let us sit at the larger table. A bit of a wait for a server to come to our table, but the server was very kind to our toddler and us. The dragon bowl was very good, but I asked for no sprouts and there indeed were sprouts. My husband's short rib burger was maybe cooked medium rare but looked pretty rare and said it was just ok. The fries were good. The atmosphere was nice, but not sure if we’d be back again.

I love it here so much!! Pastries are fresh made in house. Cinnamon bun is out of this world. Hippie sandwich is so good. Brunch is 10/10. Amazing vibe, great service. It’s my second time here and definitely coming back 🎊

Lox plate was amazing. Cinnamon roll amazing too. Service was great. We were no rushed but service was prompt. Restaurant was really pretty and hotel lobby was a nice place to wait for the rest of our party.

Really amazing staff and the food was great. Good place to catch up with friends and colleagues. Only suggestion the restrooms could be maintained well in needs refill in timely manner.

Imaginative menu with great flavor combinations and nice presentation. Short rib burger was outstanding as were accompanying fries. Poached swordfish was just a bit overdone but flavorful. Creamsicle dessert was unique and great. Well-price wine by the glass and beer.

Diner here after going to the Transit Museum. Nice atmosphere with a large, bright and happy dining area. We all got breakfast foods and they were all very good.

Really enjoyed Brunch. Service was very good and friendly. I had also been to the bar area the night before and had espresso drinks both days, and the bartender and barista could not have been better or more friendly.

Their cured salmon with the quinoa hash brown is my favorite! Huevo Rancheros is also pretty good and love their pan cake too!

The menu is extremely small and selective. The chips and dip was very wasabi forward and I couldn’t eat it, although I know that that’s preference and all dependent on whether you like wasabi or not. We ended up leaving after the appetizers (the buns were amazing!) because of the limited entree menu.

Usually go there for breakfast. They have the best pastries! If you decide to sit in, the pancakes are a must and the as you are breakfast is great. The potatoes are by far my favorite.

We went for brunch and there were some and misses. The smoked salmon Platter was the favorite and the savory bowl the least favorite - had almost no taste. The pancakes were dense and a bit chewy, which was different but fine. Food took a long time, but we sat promptly which was appreciated. Atmosphere is country cozy.

The evening was a bit off as there seemed to be only one waiter for the entire restaurant and four bus boys with English as a second language… it took quite some time to put in an order and then one of the entrees arrived well after the others (we had to ask for it🙃). Otherwise, it is a nice restaurant with good food. Staff up!

We had an amazing experience at As You Are! We had one of the last reservations of the evening and the service was wonderful. We didn’t feel rushed. Great food. Great ambience. 10/10 experience.

I recently visited As You Are restaurant and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The restaurant has a nice aesthetic, with warm lighting and cozy decor that creates a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We were greeted by a pretty unfriendly woman at the door who warned us against taking pictures (?). Said something about them charging for photos ? Never heard anything like that before. Place is really beautiful with very impressive art everywhere. Great ambiance, lively not too lively . Service a little slow once it filled up. We had to ask where our food was twice and when it came the fries were cold and had to send them back . Burger and salad delicious. Appetizer portions tiny so definitely not for sharing . Would come again

A fabulous meal with a cool vibe! From the rolls, the cornbread, the soup, the turkey, mac and the Greens( impressive!) to the pies we were fully satisfied. We will be back :) Camille Becerra and team. Well done!

The restaurant is very nice, good acoustics, and very welcoming. Wish I could say as much for the food. We went for Thanksgiving. It was mediocre at best. Collard greens were not edible. The turkey was ok and the stuffing was quite good. Definitely nothing special though. We ordered a side of macaroni and cheese, and that was actually quite good. The pumpkin pie was served with some type of citrus frozen dessert, it did not complement the pie at all. The filling was just OK and the crust was rock hard, very disappointing. To top it off we were charged $104 for a bottle of wine that retails for $30. So with better food it would be a lovely restaurant.

We enjoyed the delicious food and attentive service at As You Are for Thanksgiving. The room is always a pleasant place to be. Quiet enough to feel intimate but also warm and inviting. Arctic Char en croute and Turkey were delicious. Pear and butternut squash salads were amazingly delicious, as were freshly baked rolls. Pie was excellent and all portions were ample.

I had a fantastic time during Sunday Brunch. They paid great attention to detail, offered delicious food, and created a pleasant environment. I highly recommend trying their coconut banana bread – it's absolutely delicious!
