It was our third visit to Arrowhead for dinner and as usual, everything was wonderful!

Overall was a good experience. The hostess found us a nice table in the corner as one of our guests was hard of hearing. Michael was our server and though he was nice when he stopped by, he was not as attentive as I would have hoped. He was notably busy. He did not get a refill on my wine though I asked him twice for it.

Food was good, sat on the patio which is lovely. They dropped one of our friends goons it took at least 15 minutes to get her meal. Barely an apology. Sides were extra, didn't tell us. Felt like we were forgotten.

Everything was fine. Orders were correct. Just nothing spectacular. Staff seemed overworked and not eager to please. Never offered refills on fountain drinks. Lovely views.

I’ve been dining at Arrowhead for years & often recommend to others. We were there today celebrating my Mother’s 93rd birthday and was disappointed in our experience. We had to ask for silverware/napkins when our food was delivered. We had to ask for condiments for burger, fries. My sister-in-law pulled a hair out of her Mahi Mahi tacos. She showed our server who just pulled the plate away. I was surprised that there was no apology & her meal was not taken off of our bill. Just very disappointed…

Asked the waitress for two separate checks. She brought one check. She did fix it. Ordered Raspberry Tea with a little ice. She got that right! Asked for a refill and it was filled with ice!! No servers on the floor!! Not good!!!! I won't be back for a very very long time. The restaurant was not crowded. Service was not good. Didn't come back and asked how the food was. Nothing, Nada.

very good, love the half price wine on Wed. $16 a little high for a Rueben sandwich. Buffalo chicken quesadilla should not have pico and guac, bleu cheese dressing would pair much better.

We’ve eaten here numerous times and never had a bad experience. They were very crowded - best golfing day of the year so far and people in the bar watching the Masters. The patio was full, and seemed to be tge ficus of the servers and the kitchen. Drinks were very slow to come - draft beer not a mixed drink - and it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. We had concert tickets so we wolfed down our entrees and left most of a pint on the table and a cup of soup. The food was well-prepared but we weren’t really able to enjoy it.

I've been traveling and haven't been to Arrowhead in a while. However, I sent my friends there but they're not review people. However, they also think Haylee is good. There's just something about her that makes dining at Arrowhead fun and enjoyable. Our guest this time told me that he first went to Arrowhead thirty+ years ago when the restaurant was like a shack compared to now. Plus, back in the day he was an avid golfer. However, he said....they didn't have any Haylee's back then. I really don't know what it is but she's fun, personable and knows her stuff. We like her but so do our friends.
