I’ve been dining at Arrowhead for years & often recommend to others. We were there today celebrating my Mother’s 93rd birthday and was disappointed in our experience. We had to ask for silverware/napkins when our food was delivered. We had to ask for condiments for burger, fries. My sister-in-law pulled a hair out of her Mahi Mahi tacos. She showed our server who just pulled the plate away. I was surprised that there was no apology & her meal was not taken off of our bill. Just very disappointed…

Asked the waitress for two separate checks. She brought one check. She did fix it. Ordered Raspberry Tea with a little ice. She got that right! Asked for a refill and it was filled with ice!! No servers on the floor!! Not good!!!! I won't be back for a very very long time. The restaurant was not crowded. Service was not good. Didn't come back and asked how the food was. Nothing, Nada.

very good, love the half price wine on Wed. $16 a little high for a Rueben sandwich. Buffalo chicken quesadilla should not have pico and guac, bleu cheese dressing would pair much better.

We’ve eaten here numerous times and never had a bad experience. They were very crowded - best golfing day of the year so far and people in the bar watching the Masters. The patio was full, and seemed to be tge ficus of the servers and the kitchen. Drinks were very slow to come - draft beer not a mixed drink - and it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. We had concert tickets so we wolfed down our entrees and left most of a pint on the table and a cup of soup. The food was well-prepared but we weren’t really able to enjoy it.

I've been traveling and haven't been to Arrowhead in a while. However, I sent my friends there but they're not review people. However, they also think Haylee is good. There's just something about her that makes dining at Arrowhead fun and enjoyable. Our guest this time told me that he first went to Arrowhead thirty+ years ago when the restaurant was like a shack compared to now. Plus, back in the day he was an avid golfer. However, he said....they didn't have any Haylee's back then. I really don't know what it is but she's fun, personable and knows her stuff. We like her but so do our friends.

We had a party of four, they brought out three meals. They didn’t even notice at the fourth meal wasn’t served. We called the server over and showed him. The order was never put in .

The check in process was great. Our table was ready right away, no wait. We like the ambiance of the bar so always require a high top table in the bar area. They’ve always been able to accommodate our request. Our server was excellent, we’ve had him wait on our table a few times on prior visits. He is always friendly and efficient. There is a good selection of draft beers. We’ve experienced hit or miss on food in the past but last night was a hit. We’ll be back again.

Our fish and chip dinner and shrimp basket dinner arrived arrived less than 2 minutes after our order was placed making me believe it was pre-cooked and then reheated in an air fryer. Both dinners were tasteless.

Overall good experience. MahiTaco and fish fry portions were substantial, while fried shrimp and shrimp po boy seemed short. Shrimp po boy maybe 4 shrimp at most, sandwich was dry and lacked seasoning. Mahi Taco was very good. Service was attentive.

Had a great time at Arrowhead meeting up with 2 longtime friends!! The bar area ambience was great with the multiple spots events on the screens and the service provided by Katie was amazing!! She really took care of our party!! I had the Mini Smash Burgers with were prepared perfectly and had the Pork Bao Buns as the appetizer. Great food and fun had by all!!

I met a friend for lunch on a cool clear Monday. There were very few people there. I arrived first and was greeted by a friendly hostess who seated me with a nice view and considered the angle of the sun for my comforter. Our server was quick to arrive, introduced herself, told us the daily special and was very attentive and friendly. We both opted for the 1/2 price burger with fresh made chips. The meal was good, however, I must note that both the chips and burger were a bit overcooked. We received drink refills and I ordered wings to go. The server forgot the wings order but then remembered as she was offering dessert. No harm we had time and continued our visit. When asked about the check I indicated it should be one check but when delivered it was split. Again, not a big deal the server simply put them together and I paid. The wings arrived but were not packaged for carry-out. The server was quick to apologize and packaged them up. All in all given we were in a relaxed non hurried state we found the little issues to be non-issues and had an enjoyable lunch but if one was in a hurry and particular this would have been problematic. Therefore, overall I give this experience 4 stars with potential to easily improve to 5.

I've been to Arrowhead before but not for dinner. The dining room is nice, clean well appointed. I'm sure the view in the summer would be great with the floor to ceiling windows overlooking their golf course. Our waiter, Kathy is a pro. She's knowledgeable, friendly and knows exactly how to make guests feel welcome. Kathy was awesome. We never felt rushed and she made sure we had whatever was needed all the way through to the end of our visit. The appetizer - calamari, cod/fish n chips and shrimp scampi dinners were wonderful as was the dessert - beignets w/chocolate sauce/coffee. We'll definitely be back and would ask for Kathy!

While we always enjoy the food, the staff from the hostess, waiters, food delivery people to the manager always come with a smile and are there at the right time when we need an iced tea filled or anything else. The building and the views both add to an enjoyable experience.

We had been there in September with relatives from out of town. Our experience that night was well below average. Our server was great but the food was sent back twice and still partly inedible. Fast forward to last night. It was my husband's birthday so he wanted to try going there again. We went with our son and his GF. I had reserved a hi top table in the bar and by the windows. The request was honored. The service was a little slow to start but then it only got better from there. The menu has changed from last time, lots of tasty options. The food was very good, the server was attentive and friendly. We will definitely be coming back again.

Our waitress Kathy was excellent, very attentive. The manager, Matt, came around a couple times to make sure everything was OK. All the food was superb. We love the relaxed atmosphere for dinner, especially on New Years Eve. We didn't feel rushed at all!

Nice location for dinner. Food was above average. Beef was a little tough, but had a good flavor. Drinks in the bar area were good, but the same wine in the restaurant next door was $3 less per glass which was unexpected.

Drink selection was good but mixed drinks tasted watered down (3 drinks-we kept trying before we gave up and went to beer and wine which were fine). Food was good and service was attentive. Atmosphere was holiday festive
