Creative dishes and fabulous service. The soft-shell crab appetizer and the veal special were delicious. Highly recommend this establishment.

We had a wonderful evening at Aroma - the food was out of this world delicious. I was seated facing the west and I had to deal with the sun shining into my eyes as did other diners sitting in the same situation as me ... my one suggestion is to add a shade that can be lowered as the sun sets ... thank you for a great evening - we'll be back!

We have been going to Aromi about twice a month since they opened but have stopped in the last six months. I find the wine selection to be very poor (we both drink name brand dry white sauvignon blanc or pinot grigio. Thought we'd try again last night. Tried to order club soda with fruit (for flavor) but was told they don't serve cocktails (we knew that as long time customers). I didn't consider my request a cocktail, but a refreshing non alcoholic alternative. I pressed the server, as I found it hard to believe they didn't have some sort of fruit (strawberries, blueberries, limes, bananas, ANYTHING) in the kitchen, but she said NO, so I settled for a Pelegrino with a few lemon wedges. Aromi should seriously take a hard look at their beverage offerings. Unfortunately this experience tainted the whole meal, but rather than make further complaints I'll stop at this.

I apologize for how you were made to feel last night, that is never our intention as we strive to provide a level of care when you dine with us. I wish you would have flagged me down (Jr) so that I could make it right for you. Since we don’t have a full bar we don’t carry the usual accoutrements of a full bar. Our operation in both FOH and BOH is very lean so we have to pick and choose the essentials as opposed to long tail ingredients because of our space constraint. In terms of the wine selection, I know you love Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio. You are welcome to bring that anytime without corkage or any wine that you enjoy for that matter. I hope we can make this right for you the next time and I appreciate you taking the time to write this and making us better. --Jr Managing Partner

Aromi It’s one of the best restaurant’s in the Summerlin area with amazing food! I am on the email notification for weekend specials and this weekend it was truly wonderful. It was a half of lobster with swordfish and a corn purée underneath. For not being anywhere close to an ocean this seafood was delicious and prepared beautifully. If you haven’t been here you are really missing out. Also for people who enjoy wine they have a great selection.

We are “regulars” at this stellar neighborhood Italian restaurant. Every time we have friends or family in town we take them to experience the exquisite cooking from German Castellanos. We walk in the door and German Jr. greets us with a warm smile and gentle hug, assuring us how welcomed we are. The staff is just as friendly and we love hearing about the daily specials (the Branzino special was outstanding!). We were blown away having landed there for dinner on a Thursday only to discover that if you order a pasta you can get any bottle of wine “half price”! How can you beat that? We’ve dined at many a famous and well respected Italian restaurant on the Strip but there is no better Chef than German. Accommodating is their motto, and the presentation lets you know how much care goes into each dish. We sat next to a group (4) who were experiencing a “Tasting Menu” for $85/per person. Tempted to try that next time we venture in. Just go . . . You will not be disappointed.
