Fun place. Jazz Trio was good. Service seemed a bit distracted with large crowd. Had to ask several times for sherry with turtle soup, and then got only a few drops of sherry as the server was running to another customer. Desserts, Bananas Foster and Crepes Suzette, were superb.

Had a wonderful dinner with live Jazz music. The band even came up to our table to play a song just for us! Highly recommend this dining experience

Fantastic dinner. Great service and excellent food.. Our servers were attentive but not intrusive at all .Music was at a good level - we could easily talk without having to shout. All in all - a great experience.

I read great reviews and wanted to love this place. However the service was not on point (I think we had the least social server in New Orleans) and the food was bland. For the price point and upscale setting, I expected better. Note to chef: New Orleans is known for great Poboys and sandwiches. You should be ashamed for serving the bread you do. We will not return.

Food was excellent, although portions are small. A loud room, but we wanted music with dinner, so that is on us. Waiter was a bit scattered , but other staff were excellent, especially the young man that prepared our bananas foster

Food was good. Started off with the gumbo and my wife had shrimp. Biggest problem was the 90min wait for the mains. Something about an argument with the chef. Spoiled a great evening for us.

Service was very good. Enjoyed the oyster assortment and the redfish. the jazz musicians went table to table early and then set up in the corner. Good job of keeping the noise of Bourbon St outside.

Our waitress was rude and had a terrible attitude. The worst of our experiences across many restaurants of this caliber on our trip. Unfortunately it was a memorable experience in the worst way and we will not be returning.

Food was good, service was impeccable, music was excellent. The trio of musicians goes from table to table and takes requests. You can hear them most of the time, but not usually intrusive.

The jazz trio was fun and made the whole experience. Servers were really nice. Food was good. Nothing outstanding or terrible. Baked oysters, red fish and peppermint ice cream - all were adequate. Nice evening overall.

The service was really good, but our meals were $50 each and not creole in anyway. They were so flavorless and small portions. Everything tasted frozen and not fresh. The jazz band didn't start playing until half an hour later after we sat. (They charge $12 a person per table for the jazz.) Overall, an overhyped restaurant. The service was good but go to Dickie Brennan's Steakhouse or GW Fins, don't risk it here. We learned the hard way after spending nearly $200 for 2 people.

We were looking forward to dining here and were very disappointed. Food was bland, we had to send a steak back we ordered medium rare but was received cooked well done. We repeatedly asked our sever for the same few things. We also made a reservation for the jazz bistro and only heard about 5 minutes of music.

All in all a very nice experience. The food was prepared perfectly but could have used a bit more seasoning or flavor. In particular, the Ponchatrian and the crab claws needed flavor infusion in the sauces. The filet was cooked to perfection and the accompanying mushroom sauce was good. The portions were small for the appetizers and side dishes compared to the price. We enjoyed the jazz band and the overall ambiance which was our main reason for dining here. We will definitely go back and adjust our choices based on this experience.

Loved Arnauds Bistro. The food was delicious, the drinks tasty, dessert was perfect and the Jazz band very accommodating and played great! Would go back again if they had an opening.

It is so loud inside. Even though there’s the charge for the musician fee, we did not hear much of the music. Musicians are only performing for some customers, not all. The food is good, the service is wonderful.

Best food we had in Nola. Only negative was the sauce on filets. Mushroom Bernaise was a little thick. Au Poivre was different than classic, but good. Service exceptional and so friendly. (***Fernail and Jessica! love!) Simple dress code people. Follow it, geez.

Wonderful upscale ambiance and live jazz trio salvaged a mixed evening. Fish almondine VG. Potato pillows are unique but it was excellent Bernaise that made them shine. Filet was severely overcooked but tender. Service was mixed. An outstanding team was marred by an officious primary waiter and lack of any attention once we were seated until we hailed the service manager. 4 stars is fair overall

First time here. No soufflé potatoes. Very slow service and often had to get attention of staff. Food was great. Service was great when they did come to table. Paid $6 per person for Jazz and they quit for the night after 30 mins of arriving. Overall disappointing.

Amazing! I hate to say the noise level was loud because it was just perfect but there is a lovely jazz band! All things NOLA and the perfect experience for our trip! Definitely want to go back! service and the bananas foster!!

Going here is like taking a step back in time. The owner has done an excellent job of preserving the environment and fixtures, so much that I half expected to see a Pierce Arrow or a Packard car parked outside. The service was excellent, as well as the food. This is a place for a special treat or occasion. It has three dining areas and all of them were pretty full.

We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary at Arnaud's Jazz Bistro. The service was superb, the food delicious, and the jazz music was great. The jazz band even walked around to each table to play requests. I highly recommend!

We had a phenomenal dinner. The atmosphere and wait staff were incredible, and the food was delicious. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Enjoyed the filet mignon! It was perfection. Service impeccable. The famous oysters were bland and mushy and with a tiny bit of oyster. I do not recommend. The parmesan mushroom side was very good and the potatoes were typical yummy fried cubes but for $13 for a cup or less,.. meh. We skipped dessert. We were disappointed enough in the jazz band that I let the hostess know. They charged us $6 each and the band played about 5 songs over the course of an hour. They mostly sat in the corner, were on break or were talking. Of course it’s New Orleans-so great music is just outside the door. We had hoped that a charge for the music would equal top notch. We were disappointed.
