A truly wonderful experience start to finish at arca. It was the perfect ending to our time spent in Tulum. The service was top notch and everything we ate was thoughtfully created and executed to perfection. Highly recommend the bone marrow, sea bass, soft shell crab and prawns. Not much to say besides excellent!

The food here was outstanding. Sharable plates, for two people we shared three dishes and the bread and it was plenty of food. The set a time limit for you when you sit down, but then no one visited our table to take our order for almost 30 minutes and it was hard to get our servers attention. We did like that they took the time to explain the dishes when they arrived at the table. I would recommend, the food was some of the best we had while in the Yucatán.

So we had dinner at this place last night. We had reservation. They were very busy so that was a good thing. We received a decent table. Four of us. Two couples. When our server arrived, we asked if we could have two separate checks. One check per couple. He said no, it’s not possible because of the way they put the food in and the food comes to the table at the certain time and things like that. So we said OK. We’ll put the check in the end pay with two credit cards so it’s not gonna be too bad. Food was amazing. But the service lacked the service. For whatever reason here in Tulum the way they treat the customers it’s like we have to be here and they are doing us a favor by serving us. Like I said, the food was excellent. But the way it came to the table It didn’t make any sense. Since it was two couples, we order almost similar things so everything was double. They were bringing items one by one to the table and it’s not enough to share for four people. It’s enough to share for two, but not for four. So they would bring one plate and then one couple would eat and then we would have to wait for them to bring another plate and then the other couple would eat. So we did not have any experience eating our dinner together. For the last three plates, we waited over 20 minutes and we are pretty sure that the server forgot to put it in. Everything that we asked our server, he actually rolled his eyes and made faces like oh my God why am I here. It’s weird when you see that especially when you’re paying $300 for four plates of food and three drinks. So overpriced. I cannot even say it was worth it. Obviously you on vacation here and it’s OK to spend the money but for God sake at least give me a good service. When I made reservation, I also mentioned that it’s our anniversary. When we arrived at the restaurant, they asked at the front desk if we celebrating anything I said yes our anniversary. I don’t understand the point of asking if you don’t do anything. Nothing!

Not sure what the big deal is with this place. We thought the food was overpriced for what they delivered. Sauce on each dish was so overbearing that you couldn’t tell what kind of meat or fish it was on. There are better choices in Tulúm IMO.

Food was amazing and the ambiance was great. They provide bug spray if needed since it is more in the jungle. The waiter was a little bit pushy with what we should order.

Comida buena, cócteles regular, al menos los dos que probamos nosotros. No dignos de un lugar de este nivel. La comida estuvo bien, solo un plato fue espectacular el wagyu con rabo de toro, muy bueno. Los postres, tanto el de helado de aguacate como la tarta de queso nos dejaron indiferentes. Esperábamos un poco más.

I was AMAZED with the 9 course chef tasting menu. We have done some pretty nice dinners over the years but ARCA tops them all. The attention to detail is unmatched. The food was out of this world. Thank you so much for having us:)

Amazing dining experience, the service was spot on. So friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, you can tell they take a lot of pride in working there. The soft shell crab tacos and sea bass were incredible. Recommend 4 dishes per couple, we ordered 5 and couldn’t quite finish. Will return when we come back to Tulum. A++

The food was incredible. The atmosphere was cool with great music. I was surprised to see other reviews where people were not happy with the service because it was exceptionally good. They really took care of us, describing each dish in detail and giving tips on how to eat it.

Arca was INCREDIBLE! I read reviews of all the Tulum restaurants before our trip, as my husband and I are foodies, and I can't imagine if we didn't eat here! My husband said it was the best meal he's ever had. We got the softshell crab tacos, prawns, tuna crudo and seabass. Each had a delicious sauce and complex flavor profile. And the ambiance was so romantic with very attentive service. A must when in Tulum!!
